  I'm having a problem with my HP ProBook 4530 s... I was experimenting with the voice of his system and it can work in my software JARVIS. All of a sudden after I restarted my computer. the boimetric function not working anymore and the screen goes dim gloss and I cannot adjust by pressing fn + F3, whenever it gets to the opening of session and password screen / biometric. the dark screen only happens when im already in the logon screen, but the display is ok on the bios and the windows loading screen. No audio device is too projected. It seems that everybody has been affected, and I can't even connect to the internet.  I tried to play a game. Games works but not display sound and very dark. to add to the details - sometimes the screen is ok if I leave him alone in the login screen, but after I move the mouse or press any key or touch the screen becomes dim new (like 70% Sun). Help, please.

  Finally managed to do work. It turns out that I disabled something unknowingly perhaps, services or something like that, silly me. I tried changing the msconfig startup options to restart normally, and everything goes back to normal. hope that HRT may be of some help to others. Good luck

  I have my windows installed on a Samsung 840 Series SSD 120 GB and a WD 320 HDD as secondary drive in a basket in the dvd disc space. The two worked very well.

  I got 301 MB of unallocated HARD disk space and the rest as a partition.  I used MiniTool Partition Wizard 9 wish that one partition with all the space unallocated. After the changes have taken effect, it showed the hard drive as a 'bad disk '. I thought that I should restart windows to solve this problem. After that restart the laptop is stuck on the start screen that you can access the BIOS, the caps lock light flashes 5 times several times and then stops. The hard drive seems to be on and I can't access BIOS.

  When I remove the disk hard windows starts very well.

  If you can read the Microsoft windows 7 25-character product key, you can download simple Windows 7 ISO files to burn on a DVD for the version of windows that is installed on your PC, and which is listed on the Microsoft COA sticker on your PC case.

  Burn the ISO with the option to burn the ISO on your DVD burning program and burn it at the slowest possible speed that will allow your program. This will create a bootable DVD.

  In the HP Support Assistant there should be an option to calibrate the battery. HP recommends to calibrate the battery ever of 1 to 2 months. The problem you are experiencing could be the result of the calibration of the battery being off.   I just went ahead and did it. So for other people like me looking for the answer to this question, I will share my experience.

  When I clicked on the option of disk Sanitizer, he gave me several choices like, 1 pass, optimum, gutmen and custom. I chose optimum, it is has had warned only that data will be permanently erased, there was no estimate of the time, I had to do, I did. After 22-23 hours of waiting, he did.   @G_Balakhadze: the problem is, there is no HP Win10 driver for your laptop.  The last HP has is Win8.1.
