"Download error -" going round in circles.

Today, I checked my creative cloud app, as I do once awhile. I get the following:

I have downloaded and installed creative cloud repeatedly, but always make me the same error message when you run it.

Is the current downloadable application of creative cloud it damaged? Of course, my download connection works perfectly.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

    I was excited to use Stock photos but didn't think I would be charged instead that truly get free 30 days with creative cloud.
    It was my last $30 for the week and hoping I can get a refund without wait 30 days.
    You should not try to contact them via chat or by email on this subject. I turn in circles.

    I love using creative cloud and have come since it's great.
    Contact the support I'm turning a little sour on everything. It shouldn't be so difficult and probably more clarity it if one is going to be charged for a free trial of 30 days and not really a gift.

    This business of links that go from one page to the other but really do not have a support contact is nuts.

    Is it just me or am I missing something?

    I'm about to start blogging on this to see if others have questions and get some corrections.

  • Creative cloud download error

    So I recently downloaded CC and everything worked well, I was bored and I wanted to move my files adobe of my ssd to a normal drive.  I couldn't, so I re - install Creative cloud only to get "download error. Please contact customer support. "I proceed with the removal of the AAMupdater as well as rename just to end up deleting the opm.db file.  And yet I still get the error. (I also try to do reinstall completely still no luck)

    I had 'Download error' a month ago (10.9.5, MBPr), after that I tried everything I could think of:

    -leave the steps in this topic help | Download error in the applications tab of Creative Cloud Desktop Application

    -repair permissions with disk utility and repair permissions ACL with password reset utility

    -define a new user

    -use the root user

    -updated certificates

    -in safe mode

    -with different internet connection

    -probably something else

    -J' spent 9 hours on the phone with the support of various members of the team while trying the same things for themselves, nothing worked.

    Yesterday, I reinstalled the operating system (10.10.2,"limited clean install) and the problem disappeared, but in the evening, I rebooted the computer and the problem appeared again.

    Errors in the console were not informative mostly outside LBS.log who said that something is wrong with the certificates of partitions/PIM

    I started to reinstall the OS again trying to find the app that was interfering with CC, but and one of my friends suggested something I couldn't think: first install app CC, then the Wacom drivers (I use 13HD Cintiq) and then relaunch the CC application. I tried it (on a clean install) and CC app stopped working immediately.

    So I think Wacom kext somehow interfere with CC.

    So why do I write this here and not on the forum of Wacom? Well actually I wrote there too but the strange thing is that CC is the only application that is broken and I don't know who is to blame.

    Currently, the only solution I found was reinstall the existing OS, and now CC app works with the drivers, but I really hope that this may be the subject of an investigation.

    I wonder if there is someone with CC, OSX and Cintiq that has the same problem or maybe someone who can say what and how another driver may interfere with other software permissions.

  • Higher than the usual number of download errors

    I was just curious if anyone here knew nothing of a level higher than the usual number of download errors I hear on clients.

    The anaylytics seems to backup the fact that several of our downloads fail outside the previous months (based on the new issue that comes out).

    Is there some sort of infrastructure maintenance going on right now?

  • Playgrounds are learning to code 1 download error

    I recently bought an iPad Mini 2 specifically so that I could use the app to playgrounds to learn about Swift.  Whenever I try to download the playing field 'Learn to Code 1 - basics of the swift' I get an error that says: "not taken download error supported URL.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the soft playgrounds several times.  Other playgrounds (as 'learning to Code 2 - beyond the basics') download very well.  How can I bypass or fix this error and get the first playground of lesson?
