  There is no disc available for Photoshop CC. For older versions of Photoshop, you can try to get it from a friend and by entering your personal after serial number. Download Photoshop file is a very large file and may take up to hours to download. I recommend using ethernet instead of a WiFi connection. Also, be sure to quit out of all applications that use the internet as e-mail, browsing the internet, Calenders amd messaging services.

  Paul where exactly you are trying to download Dreamweaver Creative Suite 3 of?  Is - this is produced CS3 download?  If yes then please try using the steps listed in Download Adobe CS4 and CS3 free trials here (incl. After Effects). ProDesignTools.  Please make sure you fill the very important Instructions before clicking on the download links.

• Cannot install elements 11 after downloading the upgrade. Any ideas?

  I downloaded the 11 items and when through all install.  Just as it has everything set up I get a message that I have to close the ElementsAutoAnalyzer and the dynamiclinkmanager.  When I cancel it then I get the following error message:

  Go to applications > utilities > activity monitor and you should be able to find and kill these processes. Then try to reinstall.

• Error message in Photoshop CC 2014 trying to open JPEG files

  After installing the updates of Photoshop CC 2014, one a few days ago I am not able to open JPEG files.  Whenever I try to open a JPEG file, I get the following error.  I tried to uninstall the program yesterday and put it back, but still having the same problem.

  Because you have CC 2014 on a Mac, which tells me that your OSX is probably 10.8 or less.

  The updated Camera Raw, 9.5 causes this error due to a conflict with older versions of Mac OS x, and you go back to 9.4

  Setup for 9.4 is in this technote: error: 'File not found' when opening JPEG files

  So just follow the instructions and you should be fine.

  This was did not originally is because I opened Photoshop directly from the exe in the program folder - advice from another forum.

  «Hold down the shift, Ctrl, and Alt (Mac: command, Option, Shift) while starting up in Photoshop.» A dialog box appears for you whether you want to delete the preferences/settings file. "

  Preferences have been deleted via a checkbox during uninstall from Control Panel > programs > Adobe Photoshop > Uninstall.

  The man Kuen Lee that it would seem your current Camera Raw installation has become corrupted?  Please remove installed Adobe Creative applications that use Camera RAW.  You can find details on how to uninstall the applications to install and update the apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html.

  Also use any type of optimizer system or utility which can be change/clean your computer?
