  It's because you have installed CloudFogger, which protects your files in enrcytpt them to ensure safety for DropBox or GoogleDrive. Probably, you have not installed the program, that's why it shows all files with the extension .cfog I you Explorer.
  Re-install the program and you connect to your account back on your files.

  The problem is associated with attachments to incoming e-mail. The first time that this has happened, I looked for a solution and has finished installing something called fast. The problem has not resolved itself and I uninstalled the software. Now when I try to read a pdf attachment, the file seems to be converted somehow in a speedy.ashx file and I can't read it.

  Try to rename the file and give it a .pdf file extension.

  Here is a free product that I think will do the trick (although it does not specifically say the DPS files, I read an article from someone who has exactly your problem and this product was recommended: http://www.xnview.com/en/xnview.html.)

  The following willl convert files DP in more readable (like JPG) file types- but it's a commercial product (even if it has a 30 day free trial, then maybe you can accomplish what you need in this period and then cancel the trial) - and then find a way to burn photos using a different file type. http://www.batchconverter.com/,

  Easy enough to fix. You need to change your file system for all associations that that schedule you used in the past to open the .jpg files.

  I use Photoshop Elements 8 and I don't know what happened (or what I did), but suddenly the files I save (save - as, I rename the modified files) started saving blank thumbnails. I can not open them and the properties of the list the file type as 'File' (although I kept them .jpeg).

  It seems that windows is tangled because you have periods in file names.

  If you take one of your backed up files and add a .jpg file to end elements must open the file.

  It's probably a good idea not to use periods in the names of files except for the file extension.

  Using underscore instead of periods is a better way to go.

  It seems also in versions subsequent elements and photoshop, be careful about the use of periods in file names or the program won't save the right to files

  which was not the case in older versions of photoshop and elements.

  The trick to saving a file remamed with periods is to reselect jpg in the drop-down list after you rename the file for the appropriate extension is added.

  That being said, I've avoided using periods in the names of file for many years just to avoid any possible problem.

  The download Panel has been moved to the upper right corner with a circle arrow down. You can also visit on: downloads of your browser to visit all your downloads.
