  Hi, no I was not looking for that, because he had only older versions... anyway now it works. But I still have another problem: very often when I open eps files, I get the message "the file are made in most recent version and can´t be opened." ?? How is that possible?   Hello, I recently downloaded Illustrator; However, I was able to do something with it, as it stops whenever I try to open a new document/template or open an existing file. The prompt that is displayed indicates, "Adobe Illustrator CC 2014 has stopped working.  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows (8) will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. "Given that this is probably the most wave message to solve the problems out of, and Adobe doesn't offer phone support, I need a little help.  So far, I've deleted preferences, uninstalled and reinstalled several times one unholy, and ran the program as an administrator.  All other Adobe products I downloaded work, which is even more confusing. I should mention that I use the free trial version of the creative cloud.  I was planning on finally buying a monthly subscription, but I have no reason to think that I will be any better off if I use a trial or paid version.  Everyone has faced something similar? Any advice would be helpful!  Thank you, thank you, thank you in advance!

  If an administrator account is the account you normally use on the PC?

  You simply set up the PC or is it an older account?

  User accounts may get corrupted and Illustrator is very special anything. Have you ever tried to create an expense account and use it?

  Also: is a printer connected, turned on, updated driver? Illustrator is always looking for a printer.

  Are your existing files on a network?

  Have you checked all the access privileges?

  I have already downloaded Photoshop with success and creative cloud shows on my desktop and files appear to be in place.  When I try to download Illustrator it ask for a link to an application.  I chose the .exe for creative cloud.  It tries to initialize, and then stops.  If I double click on creative cloud or on the .exe file, it nothing happens.

  What's next?

  There was no error message, but I solved the problem.

  I uninstalled creative Cloud, ran CCleanup and creative cloud downloaded/reinstalled.  Then, I was able to successfully download Illustrator.

  Abhishekp1996 what is the specific error receive you?  If it's a failure to move a file, then you have to fix the file for the associated file/folder permissions.
