  I just started my 30-day trial, but I'm having trouble to download photoshop.

  I have installed Office cloud creative and currently stuck on step 3 on this page:

  Restart the computer to correct the problem.

  I have restarted my computer, restarted the application of CC desktop, clicked the button Try and photoshop download began.

  Hi, I downloaded photoshop elements 14 to my macbook pro with retina display yesterday when I bought photoshop I didn't know that my mac did not have a cd player.  Rohit has helped me download yesterday.  Now I have problems opening photoshop.  When I double click on the black icon I get the following deploy install packages payloads - please advise what to do next.
