Download power point

When I downloaded my PowerPoint to documents (windows vista) and open the documents, my notes under each slide do not appear. I need them for school appears. Help

Hello Ruby Stensrud,

Thanks for posting your question on the Microsoft answers Forum.

What version of PowerPoint are you using? What did save the file as?
In Normal display mode, the notes are displayed downstairs in a separate pane.

If you save the presentation as a Web page, your notes are automatically displayed unless you choose to hide. Slide titles become a table of
content in the presentation and your notes on slide appears under each slide. If you don't want your notes to display on the Web page, you can disable them before you save the file as a Web page.

If please reply back and let us know if this information has helped with your question.

Thank you

OK, you seem to be uploading a very old version of the presenter (7), which is not to go with all the rest being new. According to Adobe - Presenter 7: System requirements you need to Office XP, 2003 or 2007, you will not and can not get. Presenter is now up to version 11.  Note that the presenter is not free, even if it has a free trial version. Adobe Presenter 11 - create courses e-learning PPT Slides

  • copy a document power point in a dvd movie maker

I ve worked hard on a power point document, now I want to do a video with it, but iI can´t download it in my movie maker program, could you tell me why this is so?

    ================================
I think the best would be to extract the
images drawn from the Power Point document and import
in Movie Maker / DVD Maker as you
    d all other photos.

Just open the Power Point document and go to...
File / save as /. HTML

PowerPoint - extracted quickly image slideshows
    http://Lifehacker.com/300282/quickly-extract-images-from-slideshows

    Also...

Save my photos or images embedded in PowerPoint 2010 shows
    http://presentationsoft.about.com/od/PowerPoint-2010-tips/Qt/101204-extract-pictures-from-PowerPoint-2010.htm Also...

No guarantee... but the freeware depending on power
Point Image Extractor works for me...

FWIW... (there is also a download for)
PowerPoint Image Copier... it did not work for me)

(FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
Restore point before installing software or updates)

    Power Point Image Extractor
    http://alainlecomte.free.fr/download.htm#PPImageExtractor
to download... left click on the green text:
    > Download PowerpointImageExtractor V1.2 (960 KB)

Save the file to your desktop. Open the .zip file and
Drag the file .exe Setup file and drop it on
your office. Double left click the file to install.

Copy your .pps, .ppt file to your desktop.

Open the extractor and left click on the "Load" button

Go to the .pps, double and .ppt file left click...

The software will extract the images and place them
in a folder on your desktop with the same name that
    the file.

    Good luck...

  • Power point

Is there an outlet, especially for iMac computers or do you have to buy a Microsoft Power Point program which is compatible?

Yes, there is a PowerPoint for Mac available from Microsoft.

  • I have created a slideshow using Photos app. I wish that the images will appear in a random order (as they can in Power Point). I see no way to do it in the settings. Any advice?

I have created a slideshow using Photos app. I wish that the images will appear randomly (as they can in Power Point), but I don't see where in the settings that allows this. Any thoughts?

There is no option in Photos for MAc that allows you to randomly pull a slide show.

You can create an album and have the album as an instant slide show in a random order using an Apple Script.

See this link: Script: Shuffle Photos for an instant slide show in a random order

  • Shopping for a counter top, use domestic, but want power point. What model is it?

Which of your desk tops less expensive model would come with power point?

None of them come with PowerPoint... You need to add Microsoft Office to your purchase of computer configured to order or buy a computer retail/ready-to-ship and office to buy separately.

  • Power Point presentation on the projector question

Movies do not play on the screen, even though the animations and static slides show perfectly and at the same time
on the screen of the computer laptop and projector.

If I switch to "CRT" only, movies play correctly on the projection screen but the image disappears
of the laptop. Y at - it a cure for this? (Never happened with my laptop older!)

    Hello

I studied diligently in the internet and found some answers.
It seems that Windows with directx is able to show the power point on a single screen presentation.
I think you should check and activate the Overlay settings on this screen.
Then it should work on both; screen and projector.

  • Power Point screensavers

Can I add a Power Point show to my screensaver files? I use Windows XP.

  • Unable to view Microsoft Power Point programs

I have a new Vista Home Basic - installed the Powerpointviewer.exe and am still unable to view the Power Point slideshows.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.   Thank you!

    Try it this way...

Right click on the powerpoint file > click Open with > select Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer > close to the bottom, put a tick to always "use the selected program to open this type of program" > click OK

    Does it work?

In case you do not have open with option in your context menu, follow this tutorial to install option:

  • Microsoft Home and Student TRIAL Power Point 2010?

In September 2011, I bought Microsoft Office home and student 2010. This week, I tried to make a presentation in power point for a workshop I give in Ethiopia. I was unable to use the program. He said that the trial period was over. I was not aware that the PP was a trial version. When I bought the package of 2010, I thought I was getting all the programs. Why was it a trial version and did not elaborate on the information? What can I do? The workshop is Friday, and Microsoft does not list Ethiopia as a country from which I can ask questions.

  • How to record programs based on an external hard drive? I don't want to have to buy Word, Publisher, Power Point, etc. all over again.

Is it possible to record programs in Microsoft Office on an external HD, so when I restore my computer I can put these back on that program files? I'm having some computer problems & want to restore to the factory settings, but I don't want to have to buy Word, Publisher, Power Point, etc. all over again. Someone knows how to do this?

You can not do this. Programs include not only their program
files. There are also many references in \Windows, in the register and
elsewhere and these re all lost if you reinstall Windows.

Restore your computer to factory settings is very rarely necessary.
and is usually a big mistake. It often leads to its own problems.
Why you 'need' to do? Tell us what are your problems and it's
no doubt someone here can help you to fix it.

Also if you restore your computer to factory settings, you should not
have to buy Word, Publisher, Power Point, etc. all over again.
Did you buy these? They come with the computer?
