• Can I download originals to iCloud for mac before move library of photos on external hard drive

  I moved my library of photos from my laptop on a thunderbolt 2 TB external drive. I opened pictures (option click) and chose this place to open.   You can try to disable the Antivirus software temporarily disable firewalls and then try to download.

  ·         You have downloaded the game in Administrator account?

  1. try running the game in Administrator account and let us know the answer.

  2. create a new user profile (for testing) and see if you are able to download.

  Steps to create a new user account

  1. open user accounts by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, click user accounts and family safety (or by clicking on user accounts, if you are connected to a network domain), and then clicking user accounts.

  2. click on Manage another account.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  3. click on create a new account.
