  I want to download the trial version of adobe captivate, but it won't let me. I can't put anything in the fields on the form:

  Huh... frustrating indeed.

  Error 403 sometimes arises with the creative cloud, but Captivate is no desktop app not part of the CC. I would hazard a guess that there is a problem with the Download Manager. Just to be sure, if you don't have it already done, try to send the form using the latest version of another browser like Firefox or edge. Make sure you have a stable connection to internet (ideally by cable) and temporarily disable any firewall/anti-virus security.   If this does not work, you can try to access the trial via direct download. Before you begin your download, follow the instructions very important to halfway down the page linked otherwise you will get an error.   Please check and confirm the requirements for Dreamweaver CC 2015 is met: system requirements for Dreamweaver

  After that please check your installed programs/Applications, you must have Adobe Creative Cloud installed, launch it and sign in using your Adobe ID (email address).

  Until and unless that the creative Cloud Desktop application works well, the product will not install.

  If you do not see Adobe Creative Cloud listed under your installed programs/Applications then please download it using the following link: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial

  Once installed login with your Adobe ID (email address), then click the applications tab and click TRY for Dreamweaver install the trial version.
