• VeriFace not installed on S400

  I am a new user trying to get help with an S400 I bought for my daughter for Christmas.

  It is running Windows 8 and once I had set up and removed all the garbage that was preinstalled, I noticed that the Veriface software wasn't there even if product specifications say that it should be. I have looked through the partition recovery for the installation files, but cannot see everything. I also tried to download Veriface since the Lenovo support site, but it isn't a download for the S400 and when I try the installation program for other laptops, that it will fail with an error message saying the package can be installed on Lenovo computers?

  I was hoping that someone with a Windows 8 S400 could tell me if they have Veriface on their machine or if it is not compatible for some reason any for the specification of the product announced by Lenovo does not.

  Welcome to the community of Lenovo.

  Iin this article, he stated that the Veriface software may not work when upgrading to Windows 8. After further verification, this PDF data sheet, Lenovo Veriface was not on the software pre-installed on Lenovo S400.

• Lenovo Veriface recognition software problem

  No, macOS Sierra is not compatible with your hardware.

• Mail is always "Download Messages".
