  Hi, so I recently bought a new computer without a hard drive and I can't download my Creative Suite Design Premium CS5 on my computer because it is not accepted by my El Capitan OS X 10.11.  Is there a way I can upgrade to the current version without having to pay for it because I have already on the disks?  Or do I have to buy a new one?  Is there a download for El Capitan?  I've lived a lot of people and I'm just trying to know whether or not I should buy the new version or can I stay with my old.

  I have a serial number for CS3 Web Premium as a result won in a contest some time ago. But when I try to activate my installation, I get a "too many activations" error. How can I solve this problem and continue to use my product?

  Hi Liviucmg,

  Adobe allows two simultaneous activations of CS3, so if the software has been installed and enabled on both computers before, you will need to disable one or both of them to perform a new installation. On the old computer, start a CS3 application. From the Help menu choose Help > Deactivate > permanently disable: Learn how to enable or disable Adobe applications.

  If you do not have access to old computers to disable, you will need to contact customer service via chat and ask them to reset your activations. Cat representatives are unable to technical troubleshooting for older products like CS3, but they can help with licensing and activation. FYI, Adobe have reset your activations will delete the information about the licenses of all your computers, so you'll need to reactivate the computers currently in use.

• Download CS5.5 Web Premium?

  I just got a new computer and I was hoping to download Photoshop, Flash, etc. for all the Member States give a spin, but I can't seem to find a download anywhere link. I have Web Premium CS5.5, but the computer I use lacks an optical drive for me to put my records. I have the key, even though, of course. Could someone direct me to where I could download Web Premium CS5.5, so I can use? I already did some research. I managed to find a download page on the main adobe site, but when I clicked on the download button, nothing happened. I did some research on this support site, too, and the closest I got was to find the download links for Production Premium CS5.5. I don't have a key for it, however.

  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

  You do not download the software from there.

  You missed step 3 in the Instructions: click on the download button (by pretending to want to download Acrobat) and then immediately cancel in the download box that appears.

  Vikrant is right.  You can try each request for a trial period of 30 days.  So if you downloaded CS6 Design, you could not download Web Premium because there a lot of these same applications it contains.

  Since there are so many applications inside each suite, it is hard to try them all within a period of 30 days.

  Two opportunities to spread your inquiries on more than 30 days

  1. Download a suite, then download the remaining applications individually thereafter
  2. Download each request individually for most of the time flexibility

  In my view, there are a lot of thread on this issue, but they are all very old so I wanted to ask once again for the update of the comments.  I want to move my iMac to El Capitan, but I'm just checking if my suite CS6 will work with him - I can't be without Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver... the rest of the suite that I use, but it is not as important and upgrade of Adboe CC is not an option for me.

  Does anyone know if the CS6 Design & Web Premium Suite 'fully' work with El Capitan.  Any help is appreciated and welcome!  Thanks in advance.

  And I would add that CS6 has reached the end of life. It will be never updated for compatibility El Capitan.

  If you are not ready to move to the creative Cloud then do not move to El Capitan or Sierra.
