Downloading office creative cloud I always get a 201 error message. What can I do to fix this?

Downloading creative Office Cloud got a 201 error message: ' we encountered the following problems: there seems to be a problem with the download process.» For troubleshooting tips, please visit our customer support page. (Error code: 201). »

I have already visited the customer support page and followed the instructions on 'Error Downloading or updating Creative apps clouds' and 'Sing in, activation or login erros. I have no problem to access https sites; I was navigate throw Internet without any problem and did not have problems with other software download. I use a cable connection and changed the cable and port. Nothing happened. I added a firewall rule of my Bitdefender granting access to the program of instalation.

I'm on a connection at home. My antivirus is Bitdefender. My upload the logs show the following error message:
