  Method 1: -.
  Please download Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the link, below
  http://download.Microsoft.com/download/e/9/d/e9d80355-7ab4-45b8-80e8-983a48d5e1bd/msicuu2.exe

  After installation, run the tools by clicking Start--> Programs--> Windows Clean up.
  On the inside of the window, you will see different installed versions of the .NET Framework. You should choose & Remove only that versions of the .NET Framework, that fails to deploy every time-for which you receive error code. (i.e. you should only remove .NET Framework 3.5 & its application solutions packs)

  Then, restart your computer and manually install the following updates in the order
  (1) package Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 from the link below:
  http://www.Microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=333325FD-AE52-4e35-B531-508D977D32A6&displaylang=en

  (2) Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 from the following link:
  http://www.Microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=ab99342f-5d1a-413D-8319-81da479ab0d7&displaylang=en

  (3) now, download the KB951847 patch manually.

  Run cmd.exe with administrative previlliges (right click on this file as an administrator)
  and type: secedit/configure /cfg %windir%\inf\defltbase.inf/db defltbase.sdb / verbose

  Now restart your computer & try to visit the Web site updated Microsoft or try to download the file manually from the link below

  If everything has been removed from the computer and a Windows.old folder is created, then it is probably a Custom Installation or the reset which took place in the computer. But anyway, let's verify the present question in the computer.

  • Exactly how you try to download Windows 10?
  • What security software is installed on the computer?
  • You are able to install any update of Windows?

  Normally, this problem occurs because the Wups2.dll file included in the latest version of Windows Update is incorrectly installed or has become not registered. Let's try the following methods and check the status.

  Method 1: Run Windows update troubleshooting tool

  Troubleshooting Windows Update tool to make sure that your computer is connected to the Internet and checks to see if your network card and Windows Update services are running properly.

  Click to launch Windows Update Troubleshooter

• DPS App Builder sign and p12 download problem

  I'm working on my first multi-folio application. I created the app in DPS App Builder, but downloading the .ipa, dialogue sign file and download the p12 file flags.

  I have recreated the p12 and mobileprovision file, rebuilt the app and the same problem occurs. I looked at the forum and there was a suggestion that these files placed in the root folder, but the situation remained unchanged.

  According to the key chain and my Apple Dev account, all certificates are valid.

  My dist and IOS development certificates were created several months ago. Don't know that it has nothing to do with the CERT mobileprovision and p12 who were newly created today, but wanted to mention where I have to redo all the certification files to this step.

  Any ideas appreciated.

  I thought about it. I was confused the p12 for notifications of type file push with the original developer p12 file. All fixed.
