Dreamweaver wamp sql

Hi all

I just installed wamp and created a database for my PHP site to connect to, I added a password for the root user, so to fix while I work on it and I put my site to the top and the test server in dreamweaver

When I try to connect the database of Dreamweaver CC I open Control Panel database and everything appears as checked (PHP files will appear very well when I test them), I then click to add the database and complete the connection sql as well:

Login name: Testingserver

MYSQL server: http://localhost/

User name: root

Password: Pa55word269

then I try to select the database and I get the following error;

HTTP 404 File not found error code. Here are a few possible reasons for the problem:

(1) there is no server running on the server test.

2) the test specified for this site server is not mapped with the _ http://localhost/testsite/, mmServerScripts/MMHTTPDB.php URL. Make sure that the URL prefix is the root of the site.

I looked on the test server and I don't seem to have the MMHTTPDB file.

Please someone tell me how to solve this problem until it became a night of Whisky instead of wine

Thank you very much

Paul

OK found the problem and fixed,

the main problem is that the two files must be on the server are no longer included in the default installation so you have to manually enter and place them on the server and it works first time

can say you only in a perspective of victory 8.1...

C:\Users\Paul\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CC\en_US\Configuration\Connections\Scripts\PHP_MySQL\_mmDBScripts

Obviously, you will need to replace the wick of Paul with your own user name, and then copy the two files in this folder;

MMHTTPDB.php

fopen

and then create a folder in the root of your server called _mmServerScripts test, then stick them in there.

Go to dreamweaver, open to the top of the database window (if you do not have this CC, you must install the extension "Disapproved Panel Support" (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CC\configuration\DisabledFeatures))

Connect your SQL database and it should work the first time.

  • Error HTTP 500 - internal server error code

    Hello

Before you start, I google this problem for 2 weeks now, haven't tried many suggestions on the previous forums al Lrevetu no chance. You are my last hope!

Using Dreamweaver 8, SQL server (express edition) win XP pro with IIS, .net 2.0 framework, MDAC2.7

Here's the problem, I have the configuration database everything correctly, cannot access it via the browser etc. no problem.

In dreamweaver 8, I create a new dynamic ASP VB Script page to connect to the same database - Bingo! everything works like a charm.

I then change the site to use ASP.NET VB as a model (because that's what I would like to develpop my app in), create a page ASP.NET VB, go to, click the application Panel the sign etc. + > select OLEDB SQL Server provider.

I choose my server name, choose windows authentication as the connection method and then can see the dabase in the catalogue box and select it. (these are exactly the same parameters as the ASP page that I tested and worked).

I click on the test button, 'Successful Test' fantastic, I think.
    Press ok
The next window displays the connection string, I add a name for the test connection click and get the error message "Server error internal 500 - Http error code.

If I click ok, and then try and spread my tables of the database = none.
    ________________________________
    I tried the following:
I don't think that it is a database problem, one I tried with access, MySQL, and SQL server all with the same result.
ASP works very well - ASP.NET fails. I read on other forums that ASP.NET "remotely" connect on the test server and that is where the problem may reside.
I copied MMScript directory to the root of my c:\inetpub\www\root\ directory since it was also a suggestion.
I added the full access of all accounts in this directory (initially after just try IIuser and those normal).

My test server is local, c:\inetpub\wwwroot\pbuyer\
localhost/pbuyer (not in front of my dw at the mo but can confirm it is set up correctly).

I can only think it is a permissions issue, but as a last resort, I gave permissions for each account in all records to try to resolve the problem. Other posters have reported the Macromedia could not replicate it and therefore could not provide a solution, and all messages on the internet, there is not a solution.
Reinstall IIS would be an idea of the gaffe?

Would really aprecciate someone post a reply that I hit a brick wall!

    OK - I've fixed.

For all those who have the same problem (and I know because there are literally thousands of this exact topic in all directions with no resolution) you do the following:

Go to services to check that all of the ASP.NET services like running, for me:

ASP.NET State service is set to manual - I clicked on start and Bingo! I can finally access my database.

Can you help me understand the process of linking a form in Dreamweaver to table SQL 2012?

    Thank you very much

    Steve

You do not link to a sql database, you must use the code side server by using one of the languages on the server side.

There are a number of languages on the server with the more common in PHP and c#, which can be used with Microsoft sql databases side. Unfortunately, these are certainly not for a novice. A quick Amazon or similar search will show a number of books available for both.

As you arise the question well I would not recommend trying to learn PHP or c# until you have a good knowledge of html and css, (with possibly javascript).

the .sql files store information database of the table - they cannot be opened by Dreameaver directly. Import you them with a program that can be accessed by MAMP called phpMyAdmin.

What you do is open MAMP and go to the tab "phpMyAdmin". When it opened there will be a Panel on the right where you can create a new database. Give it a name and click on the create"" button.

Your new database will be displayed in the left panel (you may have to refresh your browser).

Click on the name of the new database, wait for database Panel to appear in the browser. Then select the 'Import' tag along the top of the window. Stand on your .sql file and select it. Here I am t - your new table/s database appear under the database name in the left panel of phpMyAdmin.

Now back in Dreamweaver, you must make a connection window > databases > database > click the 'more' and select mySQL Connection.

    Name the connection as conMyConnection.

    Fillout then other details:

mySQL SERVER (this is likely to be 'localhost') If you are to set up a local test server on your computer

Username (if you do not set up a MySQL username then use 'root')

Password (if you do not set up a password in mySQL and then use 'root')

Database (if the connection was successful all the available database names will appear in this field)

But I can't find it now.

ASP.NET support has been removed since Dreamweaver a while ago (in CS4, I think).

If you want to restore the ASP.NET server behaviors in CS5, you must install ASPNet_Support.mxp, which is located in C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS5\configuration\DisabledFeatures in Windows or similar location in the Applications folder on a Mac.

The server behaviors are are no longer officially supported, but they perform the same functionality as in earlier versions of Dreamweaver.

  • My - Sql Remote Connection DW CS3

This may seem like a silly question, I apologize in advance.

I created a database on my local copy of mysql (wamp). I have created a successful database connection in dreamweaver as I was testing my site on my local test php/msql server.

I am now testing it on my ftp server remote and have no idea how I would create a database of remote connection. When I put locahost in mysql server field in the control panel link, that I can no longer access my database because it is local and I work remotely.

My question is how do I create a remote mysql database, and how do I transfer my local databases (direct test server) remotely and, possibly, for publication on the web?

How to create a remote database is something that you will need to know if your hosting company. Some companies create the user account and the database for you. Other companies allow you to set up your own databases and user accounts via the host control panel.

Once you have a remote database, you transfer your local database by exporting the data and table structure to a .sql file. Then use this .sql file to import the data in the remote database. You can do that with phpMyAdmin. Use the tab export on your local version of phpMyAdmin, select the option to save the data in a file. Once you have exported the data, go to the version of your host of phpMyAdmin, select the import tab navigate to the .sql file that you have already saved and import the data. You can also use Navicat or other MySQL front-end programs to make the transfer for you.

  • MySQL and PHPMYADMIN with WAMP on port 81

I installed WAMP port 81 because SQL Server is running on the default port 80 (not connected to the network, Office at home, System XP.)

    Login name: connMinding
    MySQL server: localhost:81
    User name: root

When I hit the SELECT button, DW goes out to test the connection to the base, taking always do, and then I get a server timeout message. Since the server is running, the message gives an alternative that suggesting that the ODBC DSN does not exist on the testing server.

Does anyone know how I should do this? Which MySQL Server?

    Thank you.

    True enough.

    I got mine at wampserver.com.

And, not incidentally, localhost: 3306 worked. So thank you.

  • Connection to a database of Cassandra in Dreamweaver

I created a database of Cassandra directly on my Mac OSX Version 10.9.5 without the use of virtual images. Now, I want to connect the database to a site in Dreamweaver. Someone has an idea how to do to create a connection to a database no SQL in Dreamweaver CS6? Thanks in advance for any guidance.

    Hello

You can use a database of Cassandra with dreamweaver, but it will not appear in the data Panel in CS6.

You will need to decide on what language to use Cassandra side server that you want to use, then download and install the driver required for this language.

    http://www.planetcassandra.org/Apache-Cassandra-client-drivers/

You will also find a small tutorial on using Cassandra on the driver download page.

When you click the expand button in your files window, whose icon is selected in the upper part?

The middle one is the test server (list of lightning bolt), if you try to download, you will need to switch to the remote server (standard search bullet list icon).

If you do not have a local server running on a drive of F, and you try to put it on the test server, you will get an error saying: there is no. Is it happening?

If you do not have a local server running on your F drive, remove the test server info, it is not necessary.
