  I have an Aspire E1-571 with Broadcom wifi with the same connectivity problem. I solved this by changing in the "coexistence of 20/40" and "WWW" driver settings to disable all other automatic or default settings. Thanks ACER supports no help.

  You can ignore this error message. This error message does not indicate a problem with the adapter. The adapter will continue to function correctly.

• S205 Lenovo with RaLink 3090 series wifi adapter problems - update driver 3.2.1 solve?

  I just got the Lenovo S205 with RaLink 3090 series wifi card and had a steady decline until I downloaded the Version 3.2.1 update which was included in the link for the 309 X (X being 0 for me for my wifi card) software/drivers on RaLink site, under the Help menu.

  Go to ralinktech.com and go to Support > downloads > Windows and you will see a list of several RaLink devices which include the adapter X 309. I chose to download/install the full utility with the driver. I remember well, it may be more 28 megabytes.

  Update:

  I uninstalled the RaLink wireless utility that came with the 3.2.1 pilot, but it uninstalled the driver too. Then I reinstalled and activated the option "install driver only", went into the control panel > hardware and audio > Device Manager > network adapters >

  RALink RT3090 802.11n WiFi adapter > double-click to open the properties > power management tab > uncheck "allow this computer to turn off device to save energy ', 'OK', close and restart programs.

  So when I start or wake the system from sleep, I click the Wireless connections icon in the lower right (next), bar and then click on the link that I want to connect, and then click 'Connect' While it takes 8 seconds to connect, it is worth MUCH more that to have the connection drop constantly, and I probably reboot my system only once when he didn't to reconnect out of a State of sleep.

Troubleshooting does not help and said "there could be a problem with the driver for the WiFi card" and when I click fix problem there is no NOTHING (why did even give the option?). Did a system restore and that didn't work because of my antivirus and there still nothing when I turned antivirus off the coast. Then I read a lot of forum preveous questions on this driver and no solutions helped, maybe because everything is last year.

  I really want to avoide a factory reset as I have some programs here that will be very difficult to acquire again.

  If you're still here after my speech, I am greatfull and also want your knowledge and advice about this superior! Please help me!

  What antivirus program you are wrong with turning off? I know that some may be stubborn. If the AV program refuses to turn off this feature with a selective startup in MSCONFIG, then you can try to uninstall it completely in the PANEL. Then try to restore to the previous new date

  Thanks for any help, in the end, I copied files from disks on my desk (before copying them, I just tried to use the DISK itself), then I went in "Devices and printers" clicked on my device (the "802.11 n WLAN [DWA-130]"), then went to "Device properties" and "Update Driver".   (d) I see that the Wifi and bluetooth adapters are absent in hardware monitor in Windows 7 (I don't see them even in devices not recognized in the Hardware monitor. btw, no device not recognized in this monitor)

  (e) I installed Everest and I see, that he has not found a WiFi adapter too

  (f) I installed Intel Centrino Intel site problem diagnostic tool, and he says, that 'your driver is not attached to your WiFi traffic.

  (g) I checked the BIOS Setup and found all hardware and the hardware options are enabled

  (h) I have taken different distribution of Windows and repeat all the steps - the same result

  And even Fn + F2 does not turn on the WiFi and Bluetooth.

  5 days, you are under warranty. I should contact Dell Technical Support and they can be remedied.
