  The problem I have is that when I open the first elements 11 I get a message that "we have detected an incompatible display driver. To get a better reading performance and faster, update your display driver. ' Display the details of the driver: graphics Intel(r) HD 4000 3.0.0 - Build 9.17.10.2932.

  .. .and then when I load some videos and try and overview, the main screen of the Center is empty.

  I think I have tried all the solutions in every thread on this topic with no joy, but have not seen first elements 11 so hoping that there is still a desire out there for me!

  I bought a Samsung NP350V5C which has a graphic card Intel HD 4000, I downloaded the latest drivers directly from Intel with no luck.

  After getting the error message "Incompatible display driver", the BadDrivers.TXT file must be on your system.

  From the beginning, click on search and type "baddriver," without the quotes and find the whole C:\. The file should appear. Now, you may need to change some settings in your control panel > Folder Options > view tab, to "Show the hidden files and folders" and I would also check "display the contents of system folders" and uncheck "Hide extenstions for known types" and "Hide protected operating system files."

  When you configure my OS, I do these things automatically, and forget often most users leave the default value, which hide file extensions, system and hidden files/folders.

  I have the first items 11, Reg. number 13/05/2013 [S/N deleted]

  The program is after a computer installed again crash. ' t will be of blue/purper startscreens and hold there.

  

  Stopt here the program and via taakbeheer I can off the program.

  A common cause of pre hanging on launch is the video driver. While not the only possible cause, I would check that first.

  1. What operating system and version are you running?
  2. What video card you have, both make and model?
  3. What is the date and the version of your installed video driver?
  4. If you go to the mfgr. Web site, say nVidia or AMD/ATI, which is the latest version of the driver?
  5. Otherwise, download and install the last reboot and test.

• First Elements 13 asking for disk at startup

  Whenever I start the first elements at startup it asks a disc. The error message says there is NO disc in the drive. Insert a disk into drive E.  I bought the update of the elements of Premier and Photoshop 13 and received the files electronically. If I click on the close button in the window of the error several times will eventually disappear.

  It is a known problem with the elements 13/13.1 first and No Disc error. The Adobe solution is removal or disabling of the file named OldFilm.AEX.

  In Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 64-bit, the file is found

  and in NewBlue folder is the file OldFilm.AEX that you remove or disable by renaming it to OldFilm.AEXOLD.

  I started getting the following error message when I try to open the first 12 items: "we have detected an incompatible display driver. To get a better reading performance and faster, please update your display driver. "This window appears twice, and then first elements 12 does not open.

  My laptop has two graphics processors Intel HD Graphics Family and Radeon HD 6770 M, which means switchable graphics (you can choose to run applications on the economy of energy or high performance graphics processor). In the control center Radeon Catalyst I assigned items first to run on high-performance, Radeon HD 6770 M, processor. My drivers for the two processors are the most recent, and I have no problem with all programs except Premiere Elements.

  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  Cannot open Adobe Premiere elements 12 I get an error "incompatible display driver.  I have read a few forums and delete the BadDrivers.txt file but it comes back. Computer is Dell XPS 8300 64 bit, 8 GB of Ram.  (Only 1) graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 6450.  Running Windows 7 Home Premium.

  Did you find and delete the BadDrivers.txt file for elements of first 12/12.1.

  

  After you remove this file BadDrivers.txt, close to here, then reopen first Elements, the program

  generates a new file BadDrivers.txt (which is normal) and I hope that the problem with being missing.

  Do you mean you did that deletion, shut down the computer, in the computer market and Premiere Elements

  When I turn on my computer, the stalls of process startup and says '3rd slave drive ATAPI Incompatible press F1 to continue' I press F1 and then esc because I don't know what to do.  When the computer does not start, the only thing that is not working is my CD drive.  It does not read the Cd I already tried the FIX for CD/DVD.  I tried to uninstall and reinstall the disk set.  When I restart the computer and let the TI find it on its own, I get the same problem.  I tried a few system restores.  None of this has worked.  I don't know how it happened because some other people use this computer.  Could this be a problem with the plug-and-play functions.  Help please.  I am running Windows XP and have updated all Microsoft Update to see if it helped, it only has done it.

  You can edit the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) settings or replace the CD/DVD drive and check if the problem persists. If you are not comfortable to run, you can contact the manufacturer of your computer for help.

  Not sure, but more often means that there is a problem with a file system involved in the process. Try this:

  Click Start, type CMD. Right click on the entry that appears in the menu and choose "Run as Administrator". Click on continue in the UAC prompt. From the command line, type:

  sfc/scannow

  and click to start. Let it run until the end (it may take some time), and then close the command prompt by typing "exit" and by striking and restart the system normally. See if that helps.   Out of the blue, when I went to continue working on a project, I got a pop-up stating "we have detected an incompatible display driver. "To get a better reading performance and faster, update your display driver '. I've looked everywhere, and most of the sources pointed to the Baddriver.txt file is the problem. I tried to delete it and rename it, but every time re - I opened ss12 file simply re - appears with the error message, do not solve the problem.

  I then went to the site of AMD (using a R9 x 270) and downloaded the latest drivers and the catalyst software my drivers are all up to date. I tried to update my drivers Intel so (i5-4440), but it says I have the latest version. I use Windows 10 FYI. I had not updated all my drivers manually before I got the error, only an update of windows so that the closing did.

  I'm at a loss to know what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I managed to fix this by unplugging one of the monitors in my double configuration monitor. The program didn't must like the new monitor.
