  I have hp pavilion dv6-6c65sx A7P80EA #A2N. I installed my windows 7 ultimate 64-bit myself and I still have two problems with the hardware drivers.

  I just did a clean install of Windows 7 on my HP Pavilion dv6. In the BIOS it says it's an a1u58av. (dv6t 6 c 00?)

  All those I work except for the Wifi drivers. I downloaded the ralink those, and they do not seem to work. I get the windows error message that they do not seem to be installed correctly. After several attempts, research on Google and it recharges, I still can't connect to wifi, or even find task bar icon in my status bar. Realtek LAN drivers work for the ethernet, and this is what I currently use.

  I have hp pavilion dv6-6050se product number LE965EA #ABV who have AMD Redeon HD 6770 M 1 GB graphics I need the latest drivers for it I use windows 7 64-bit Ultimate.

  I saw your post about the updated for your AMD Radeon graphics card drivers. Your model contains graphs switchable, reason why the AMD driver did not work. With graphics switchable AMD provides the base driver and HP configures the driver from there. Unfortunately, there are no updated drivers available.

  There are two options available.

  1. you can order a set of replacement of the HP recovery discs using the link below - it will reinstall the operating system, all the drivers, and almost all of the original software (the exception being often tests of MS Office).  They will also recreate all of the original scores, including the recovery Partition.

  Order HP recovery disks.

  2 another option that you might consider is to create your own Windows 7 installation disc.

  Before you try the following, make sure that you can always read the character product activation key 25 on your label Windows COA (5 blocks of 5 alphanumeric games).

  An example of a COA label can be seen here.

  Also, if possible, back up the folder swsetup which lie at the root of the C drive.

  You can create a Windows 7 installation disc yourself using another PC - just download the good Disk Image ( this must be the same version that originally came with your laptop - it is listed as Windows 7 Home Premium 64 - bit ) from the link below and use an app like ImgBurn to burn the ISO correctly on a blank DVD - a guide on the use of ImgBurn to write an ISO on a disc is here.  These Images are clean and a very respected source (Digital River).

On official support page the most recent version of the driver is 8.882.2.3000 of 2011-11-18 and his old, I have problems with performance in the latest games.   I have a hp dv6-6160se, for some reason I formatted my HDD and installed new windows because my laptop could not load the recovery partition on the system start recovery process and I have no recovery disk, now I don't have a lot of pilots I wonder is maybe I should order by hp support to give me the recovery disks , the work of service here in Malaysia, Kuala lumpur... the hp support it will give to my place or I have to go... especially since it'll work on my laptop as I've formatted the original supplied with the computer laptop and installed windows another one from somewhere else...
