dropouts bluetooth intermittent, material or 10.11.3?

recently, I noticed my connection to the magical mouse 2 losers, more than my receiver audio bluetooth also stops receiving the music at the same time. When the mouse reconnects 2-5 seconds later, the bluetooth audio is also at some point iTunes continued to play in and I can hear it again. I've deleted preferences and paired at the time; So I reset the PRAM and the SMC without change. I also ran (now D to startup) apple hardware test. It reports no hardware problem.

I'm trying to figure out if it is a hardware problem bluetooth (bluetooth bad on airport card, if wifi looks good), or something that started with the 10.11.3 updated. I don't know if it's the update, or if it's just a coincidence I started to notice this at the same time.

a quick scan of the bluetooth forum here I noticed a few people say that they think that their mouse problems seem to start with the 10.11.3 up-to-date. I'm hoping to get more people to chime in here with the observations of the same. I really want to go through the hassle to go to the apple store, lose my macbook for the airport card replaced (cannot work during this time), just to find out, it's another software bug. anyone?

Note: using a mid-2012 15 "macbook pro and new magic mouse 2 peripheral audio arcam miniblink bluetooth. last year, I had a 2009 13-inch macbook pro and the device bluetooth audio has worked with her.

Before head you to the store, try a reset of memory NVRAM and SMC.

Just fine, I bought a Bluetooth dongle for my pc that uses the Toshiba Bluetooth stack v5.10.08. Now I m having a lot of drama with a driver on Vista so I'm the new v5.10.12 of drivers and it works great until the time runs out and he won t work more.

How can I remove the trial of the driver so that it works for good?

  • Unable to sync Nokia Cell Phone, Missing Microsoft Bluetooth Stack in Vista

    Hello

I have a Nokia cell phone to sync with my PC (with Windows Vista operating system); I downloaded the software for Nokia PC Suite. Due to the unavailability of the cable and infrared device software, I had to select Via bluetooth. I already have a Widcomm bluetooth software installed in my PC with dongle bluetooth compatible (material).

When I try to connect the phone to my PC displays a prompt to error - "cannot use the type of the connection. Check that all the necessary equipment, software and drivers are available. »

On deepdiving in addition, it seems that this happens because of lack of Microsoft Bluetooth Stack (in Panel--> audio &--> device--> Device Manager). Now when I bought my desktop PC, it didn't all built-in microsoft bluetooth software or hardware equipment.

Can you please provide any solution for the same?

    Thank you.

Looks like you can have installed the bluetooth dongle and the Widcomm software correctly (or not not also install the drivers and/or firmware).  You have any other bluetooth device on your system that works correctly with this connection?  Contact the manufacturer of the device for the correct driver and firmware and maybe even the software and install it to activate the bluetooth on your system.  You may need to configure the device in control or through computer programs Manager.  Once the bluetooth works, I think your phone to connect properly.

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

Anybod was able to get the software for a Zire 72 work on a Windows 7, 64-bit system yet?

    [email protected]

Zire 72 s - loyal and reliable (and depends on...).  Would not synchronize with my new laptop of 64-bit Windows 7 - Home Premium version (grossly misnamed because it is the very basic common denominator for the PC version).

1 - bought him 'anytime upgrade' to 'Professional' - about $90 at Staples

2 - updated mobile - very long and hard, but finally worked and now says "professional" on the splash screen.  The upgrade process is mysterious and klutsy, but I finally got to work on my 4th try

3 - Ran the emulator XP (VM) - he ran the first time I tried

4 downloaded Palm Desktop (version, 6.something) and even installed

5 - ran the Palm Desktop and then clicked on "USB" at the top of XP - recognized the Zire.

    6. it synced!  Glory be...

No IRd, no Bluetooth, no material.  Only $$ to Microsoft to get one of their products to do what she should have done in the first place.

  • Bluetooth not identified in the material

Last night my bluetooth keyboard and mouse were connected without problem.  This morning, on the other hand, at the start of my Macbook Air (2.2 GHz Intel Core i7), according to preview it, the hardware system, report had no Bluetooth hardware! Of course, after a restart the bluetooth material has been and remains is recognized. Any suggestions of what this might be, beyond a simple hiccups?

More than likely just a hiccup, but make sure that your Mac OS X is up to date.

  • Intermittent Bluetooth on Portege R500

I have a hardware problem intermittent with the Bluetooth adapter in my two - month, Portege R500 and I would appreciate any comments or second opinions before you attack me it as a warranty issue.

I use a Bluetooth mouse with my R500 and it was fine for the first five weeks. Then I kept noticing that the mice would be dead for a few seconds at a time. Whenever it happens that the machine does the 'Vista' connect device or its "disconnect device" (a kind of twang). Since yesterday, it has reached the point where there are about ten twang events an hour but the Bluetooth remains ever work for more than a few seconds.

I found that an easy way to monitor the issue is to disable the external Bluetooth devices (to totally eliminate their effects), leave open device with the Bluetooth expanded element Manager and increase the volume up to hear the "twang" that signals an event of default. Every time that happens refresh the window Dev man and objects reappear or disappear from the entrance of Bluetooth. When everything is ok the following five recommendations are present, but now, for most of the time, there are only RFCOMM.

    a? ¢ RFBNEP Bluetooth
    a? ¢ RFBUS Bluetooth
    a? ¢ Bluetooth RFCOMM
    a? ¢ RFHID Bluetooth
    a? ¢ Bluetooth USB Controller-5 at Toshiba

When I run the diagnostics of Bluetooth for 'check communication with Bluetooth device' translates 'bankrupt '. The Bluetooth stack was originally v5.10.14 (T). I replaced it with the 6.10.10 new and this has worked, but intermittency is unchanged, so this seems to rule out software problems. Anything I do, as to move the machine or restart, seems to affect when an "event" occurs; don't change when the machine heats or cools.

In any case it is now obtained in the step where Bluetooth is not usable more so it seems I have to deal with the guaranteed repair procedure.

You're right about this Johnson. If they see that you have removed the screws on your own it can void the warranty. Be careful with this. You have very expensive laptop and warranty should be valid or maybe you should expand it buy an extended warranty.

    In any case, good luck!

  • Intermittent Bluetooth - Tecra M4 Tablet

My Tecra M4 Tablet is about 1 year ago. XP SP2 Tablet OS running. Last year, once a month my bluetooth mouse can not connect. My normal dose is to turn off bluetooth in the systray and re - activate. This is usually the case. However from time to time during the process of re - activate this does not work.

The symptom of signature is a quick triple beep when he tries to turn it back on. I also see that the address of the device numbers 00:00:00:00:00:00 under the bluetooth options window (use cases).

Today I tried to reinstall the last stack bluetooth from the Toshiba Web site (it was already installed several months ago, when I first encountered the problem) version 4.00.36 (T). This helped my bluetooth work for about 10 minutes. I rediscovered my mouse. After having turned off the computer for a while, after the reboot, back to the same problem.

Another symptom of the problem is that I get the message "bluetooth is not ready" when you try to find out the mouse.

I thought that this could be linked to the fact, my computer runs very hot at full power, or maybe it's related to my wireless at home and work, but it signals is not seam to be the problem - too inconsistent, given that I have no problem for a few weeks in the two environments.

Any help or suggestions are welcome

    Hello

Wireless LAN can be a VERY GOOD reason, why bluetooth fails, both work almost the same frequency (2.4 Ghz).
There are other factors like cell phones, mobile phones @ home, features electronic as the microwave ovens and etc and many other things that can disrupt your
    Bluetooth connection.

So if you can exclude any of these factors I you said above, then it would be better for you to bring your machine to a local ASP for verification of material.

    Welcome them

  • Mouse Bluetooth and A2DP dropouts - made new BT 4.00.36 update fix?

    Hello

Got a Toshiba Tecra M4 with Toshiba BT 2.0 + EDR internal material and software. version 4.00.23. Any blutooth works very well... A2DP for helmet (anycom BSH100), joystick (IOGear-http://www.iogear.com/main.php?loc=product&Item=GME225B) bluetooth, Palm (LifeDrive for Sync, Biz Cards, etc.), Nokia 6255i (for dial-up and sync).

Only one problem... when using the BT mouse and listen to music through A2DP I get lots of drops in the sound stream... especially during the movement of the mouse.

With widcomm BT stack say due widcomm update the stack to make it work properly... http://www.howardforums.com/showpost.php?p=7233122&postcount=2

The latest version of battery 4.00.36 Toshiba BT fact bugs this problem... I don't want to go if I do not know his will help and it does not mention the description of liberation (http://aps.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/)

    Other thoughts and ideas...

Thought it might be something to do with a Wi - Fi connection... so tried cut of the wi - fi and which seems to help, just as moving further away from the gateway wi - fi... but I still have not a drop outs in the sound... but only when moving the mouse.

Note... Turn off the mouse while continuing to use the Wi - Fi while listening to audio via A2DP does very well... no drops.

Then... a few thoughts / questions:

Anyone who has any software that allows to analyze the use of bandwidth BT I can see if it's really my "chatty" mouse that hogging bandwidth and cause drops in the flow of the A2DP?

Also I was wondering if she had something to do with the BT radio in the laptop, having to change the basic shape (for A2DP) for slave (for mouse) quickly in order to serve these two BT connections (not sure have the right terminology)... anyone care to comment?

Then I thought... BT 2.0 is supposed to be better at various things at the level of the material... maybe if I had a BT2.0 mouse that could to 'behave' a little better... but I've not managed to track down a mouse BT 2.0.

All the ideas that made that one of these little critters (an oh yes... must recharge via USB... don't wear another brick of power with me).

    This will help my situation?

    Thank you

    Hello

I checked the site Web of Toshiba Bluetooth but I put t found any information on this topic or a similar question.
I think that it of not very easy to tell if the latest version of the Toshiba BT stack will solve this problem especially audio.
You suggested that, if the mouse is turned off from listening to audio via A2DP working properly.
Try contacting the manufacture of the mouse. Maybe he knows something about this issue with own products.
The second option is to create a system restore point before you start the update of the BT stack. Then, you can try to update the Toshiba BT stack. You can then check if there are a few drops in the sound.

    Good luck

  • [Solved] Intermittent WiFi dropouts of A2109A-F

    Hi all

A few days ago I bought the Tablet and am going nuts top soon.

With ICS so JB I have experience the same problem on 3 of 4 WiFi I have intermittent dropouts where first the indicator turns gray then disappears and comes back on after a few seconds. The interval is about 10 to 30 seconds depending on the? the router? It does not affect for example YouTube but regularly stops flash videos and gives random "Server unavailable" messages during surfing. As it happens also during streaming video, I don't think it's "powermanagement" linked, even though I disabled as much as I could find.

Unfortunately the WiFi in the store where I bought the Tablet is one of the 25% that work ok...

any advice / help much appreciated

OK, found the problem (at least in two cases the location who are my interest): the chipset in my router and the Tablet are of the same manufacturer, but are incompatible if some 'turbo mode' is enabled on the router. Probably the same thing in our office, but I can not enter the adminpage

  • Intel Centrino Advanced - N 6205 intermittent dropouts

We have big problems with this particular adapter in our environment. We receive intermittent dropouts. The connection will freeze and stop responding to the point where you have to do a windows repair or restart the adapter to operate again. You can be connected for a whole day without any problem, or it can happen randomly for example after 20 minutes to be connected. Nearby, other devices e.g. an agn intel 5100 and 5300 work perfectly.

You get no indication that the connection is interrupted and the adapter in the systray looks as if it is still transmitting packets but affecting no. Cisco WCS troubleshoot does no problem. Events in debugging stop and not start again until you do a repair on the machine.

Support Intel and Lenovo were really unnecessary (they basically do not want to know, supported service), so now I'm on Cisco, just in case it's a configuration problem, which I do not think it is as we have not reported all issues with other guests.

On the sides of the machine, we have:

    Lenovo x 220 Tablet with adapter mini pci-e Intel Centrino Advanced - N 6205.

Also happening with Fujitsu T730 tablets also with mini cards pci-e Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205

We have tried all versions of driver intel of the last 14.2.0.10 down to the OEM versions provided.

they are under Windows XP SP3. We have also tried with Windows 7 and get similar questions.

We use Windows Wireless Zero Configuration, WPA2-AES with PEAP and authentication (computer) against Cisco ACS v5.2 talk to the AD of the machine.

On the side of wireless infrastructure, we have:

    Cisco 1142N APs (-E - K9) connected to batteries of 3750G w/poe

    The controller is a model of 3750G - 24 - WS - 50 running version 7.0.116.0

    managed by the WCS.

The wireless, 20 mhz channels on 1,6,11 on the side of 2.4 ghz (N is off), but we have N activated with channel 40 mhz on the 5 GHz with all countries UK channels.

The machines to connect to up to 300 MB/s and the quality of the signal is excellent. Density of the PA is high enough in the room. DCA, PTC power control and Tx are active and set to automatic.

Can't think of more in detail to include, but I have ideas that anyone can have.

    Hi all

I wanted to shed light on this topic. We are aware of a problem with connection on the Intel 6205 legs specifically. The problem will be resolved in the drivers Intel 15.1. The cause has to do with omission of the acknowledgement of receipt a package when the MFP Infrastructure is enabled, then the current workaround is to disable the MFP infrastructure.

If you can, please try to disable Infrastructure MFP and test connectivity from the client.

    -config wps infrastructure disable mfp

    Kind regards
