Drum sounds on ultrabeat

Hello! I just download Logic Pro X 10.2, and I am doing an online course. We arrived at ultrabeat now, but mine doesn't look like in the tutorials.

I see that some have the answer 'To download additional content' but it does not come to the top when I click on Logic Pro X:

The only noise I really hear it now is more like a piano to a drum sound.

So here's how my Ultrabeat looks like:

And when I click on the library, it looks like this:

I Don t know what would be the problem... First I thought it was that I did not check the "Open library" - box, but it did not work still with her running.

Hmmm I'm looking forward to understand this and would appreciate any help I could get!

Best regards

(1) the additional content menu item has been renamed to Sound Library...

(2) make sure that you have turned on ALL the advanced tools in the preferences of Logic... so, Logic pro X works with its full functionality and not in the Cup down mode 'Garageband Pro'...

(3) once you have downloaded and installed the additional content...  In the Ultrabeat plug-in, click the menu drop down preset to search the Ultrabeat presets (that are different to Ultrabeat library patches...)

  • the metronome sound

Could someone remind me where to look to find out how to change the sound of the metronome?  I want a bass drum sound.

There are only a few metronome included in hearing sounds. It seems to be a big box of all sorts in the Latin 2 game. You choose what you want sound game, right-click on the icon of metronome then go on drop-down Type of its change. You can also change the template to put his three in each game on what pace.

For the metronome sounds are stored in the hearing under Support Files/metronome program folder. They are all .wavs so maybe that could replace them with yours if you have renamed it the same as the original sound.

    Hi all!!!

I have a Satellite Pro M70. Do a little "beep" intermittently (30 min more or less between "PIF") is not the drum sound. Without battery sounds too.

We change Motherboar and its happening again.
What can I do to fix this?

    Thx for the help!

    > What can I do to fix this?
First of all, it would be necessary to locate the source sound beep

My idea is that the noise would come from the BIOS. Eventually he s a sound warning
But as I said above, it of needed to check the laptop precisely to ensure exactly what the signal means.

  • Adobe Audition singing remove compressed effect?

    Hello

I use Adobe Audition CS6 and I try to use the Vocal effect remove, but I hear still vaguely singing and compressed drum sound. In addition, the voices are more soft and delayed sometimes.

Is there a way to delete the song still further and make the less compressed sound of drums and singing not delayed?

    Thank you

    -Sam

You can experiment with the settings in the center channel Extractor, but it is unlikely that you will get much better.

Remove song depends on how the original mix has been exhausted and the differences in phase, that it is.  If your mix had the voice, because the only thing Pan centrally with everything panned biased then you can get an almost perfect result.  However, this type of pan is rare and something else Central pan will also be affected while things like stereo reverb on voice will not be eliminated.

The center channel Extractor has some nifty tools to get the best that you can come out of this, but it is rare to get perfect results.   The usual analogy is that you try to unbake a cake and it is very difficult to meet uninterrupted with pure flour and eggs.

  • How to remove a Drum Machine Designer path of piano roll?

Hello everyone, new user to Logic Pro X here!

If I right click to 'Clear cell' of Drum Machine Designer to remove all the unused cells of Ibiza pre-set for cleaning.  Who successfully cleared DMD unused cells, but names of drum of the cleared cells remain in the Piano roll and I can't understand how to remove the piano roll.  How?

    Thanks in advance!

The drum Machine Designer (DMD) is a "surprisingly", super easy to use with a nice user interface. HOWEVER, once you dig a little (or ask questions on this subject), it is revealed to be a really complicated beast. Any operation beyond the essential need to know what really is the designer of drum Machine. BTW, I cover all these details in my graphically improved manual "Logic Pro X - how it works'.»»

    Regarding your question:

    • DMD cells refer to a specific location on the Ultrabeat Plugin (which is loaded on a channel strip separated with DMD and functions as its sound source). In the lower right corner of each cell is a label of a specific key, which is his assignment to the Ultrabeat slot.
    • When you click a cell or play which is not specific, it triggers the sample in the slot of this Ultibeat,
    • When you disable a slot, you disable the assignment to this location, you are NOT clear the sample loaded on the Ultrabeat slot!
    • However, when you load a new sample on the cell in the window of DMD, you will overwrite the sample of the corresponding slot in Ultrabeat.
    • The names of drum displayed in the Piano Roll Editor come directly from the Ultrabeat instrument and not the window DMD. This is the reason why you still see the sample name (drum), even if you have disabled the corresponding cell in the DMD.
    • The only way to get rid of the name, is to rename it to Ultrabeat, for example a hyphen. The assignment of key label ("C1 01:...") "), however, is always displayed. I'm guessing that is cooked in the logic.

Here is the screenshot that shows the relationship between the names of drum in the Piano Roll and the Ultrabeat Plugin

BTW, in order to obtain the Ultrabeat plug-in, you must open the console, click on the small triangle of the DMD channel strip (which is actually a channel strip to the). The channel strip that opens next to him is the Instrument Channel Strip that has the Plugin loaded Ultrabeat.

    Hope that helps

  • downloaded drum kits

Good so I downloaded a few drum kits that I would use. However, I can't make it appear in my library. Any ideas?

At this point, I tried looking for tutorials on YouTube. The first person I saw told me to change the instrument plug-in for EXS24 (Sampler) and then using the control panel for this instrument, click the button Edit and continue to drag - move my files from my drum kits. However there is no edit button on my control under this plug in instrument panel. The second video, I saw told me to use the plug-in Ultrabeat, switch to drag and drop, then assign sounds to each key. However, when I do this, none of my sounds work. It shows that the sound waves as it is supposed to, but the keys are not good.

  • recording bass and the sound is not consistent

I pulled in a recorded drum track and then add my bass track. Good when playing and listening to headphones but when I play back the bass track is virtually all of the sounds heard. not sure on the volume level and record level as to the definition of remedy if it is part of the question

    Hi marosennc,

I understand that you are trying to save your bass guitar on a pre-recorded drum track, and the volume is low in the final recording.   You can adjust the bass track audio before recording it.  In addition, once the title is saved, you can adjust the volume of the bass and the drummers individually track track before exporting the file to merge the two.  I would add a few sections of the GarageBand here for you User Guide.

Record sound from a microphone or an electric instrument

    Racing volume levels

You can set the volume level of each track, to balance the relative volume of the tracks in your project.

Adjust the level of the volume of the track

    • In the header of the track, drag the Volume left or right to decrease or increase the volume level.

Note: You may need to resize the track header to see the Volume slider.

    • Option + click on the slider to return to a neutral level (0 dB gain).

The level indicator in the track Volume slider shows the output volume of the track during playback of the project. You can watch the level indicator when you save to the track to see if clipping occurs on the track.

    Save more Audio takes

    What did the mix?

When you mix a project, balance you the different parts and mix them in a coherent whole. You can also add effects to the tracks - including the main runway - to change their sound and use automation to create dynamic changes in your project over time.

Mix generally involves the following steps:

    • Racing volume levels to balance different instruments so nothing is hidden and most important parts stand out in the mix.

  • 1025nw Jam in Drum area - attention LED still flashes and cannot print the test page

My Laserjet PRO CP1025nw is only 3 weeks. Everything was normal until I met a paper jam today. I removed the damaged document by opening the back cover and the piece of paper remaining from the feeder. But still, printer flashes driving caution.

I turned the printer off and then back on and tried the instructions in the user manual to clear paper jams. When I turn on the printer, all lights are turning ON one (as the normal boot sequence) and then warning led flashes. I couldn't hear any engine wheelchair or his mechanics during this process. Web server page printer (with wifi) showed the status of the printer as "jam in the drum area.  I removed and re-inserted Imaging drum by following the instructions to replace the imaging drum.

What I see after turning on th eprinter is just attention light flashing and I can't even print a test page. I don't hear any rotation of the engine sound of the printer. Pleas help me out of this problem.

I solved the problem myself. Although I couldn't find any piece of paper left by normal inspection of the outside of the printer, I removed the Assembly / separation and roll pick-up from the input tray to find a small piece of paper remaining on the paper sensor flag. Very hard or literally impossible to find something in this place by the normal health check.

To eliminate the epickup roll pre-assembled under th eprinter th, I removed the right side panel and the left side panel for th eprinter. I was happy to see the piece of paper that has ruined my day quiete. Deleted and everything set up as before and successfully took a test page print.

Thank you for repair of HP, which led me to get inside the printer.

  • The sound quality of ripped music is very poor

    Hi all

I have the Windows 7 operating system. I used the Windows Media Player installed to rip all of my old records, as I want to go completely digital and all of my music stored on portable hard drives.

    OT: Windows Media Player
The problem I have is that with CDs, the sound quality of ripped music is very poor, for example the singers voice can still be heard, but some background instruments can barely be heard or is not audible at all, drums are absent from some songs, guitar, organ or bass is absent from others. That leaves the music sound "tinny" without depth or wealth.
Is it possible that I can solve this problem?
    Thanks to you all.
    DavidS-13

    Hi David,

There are two ways to change the rip while settings in the Player library. You can insert a CD into your CD-ROM drive and click Rip settings, or you can click Rip music tab in the Options dialog box. The music tab Rip in the Options dialog box offers additional options that are not available in the Rip settings menu.

I suggest you to change the RIP settings and see if that helps.

  • No sound on video Multi track

I just bought CS6 as an upgrade from version 3 today.

All my sessions are in .its files version 3

Why CS6 could not open its own session of older files is only delayed (or I am I something missiong)

So, I used Ses2Sesx by the aatranslater which converts the its sesx.

However, a clip that is set as the LOOP. The peaks appear as one line (or super zooms)

and will play not in multitrack view.

If I open the file in the editor, he plays very well.

If I disable LOOP and then turn LOOP, peaks appear but still no sound when played in multitrack view.

If I replace the file in the files Panel sound works. HOWEVER, I have hundreds of drum loops in my music.

I did it for just one song today and it took 5 hours to reset every drum loop.

I just can't justify playing or using this program, if it cannot open my old sessions having wave files in a LOOP.

Each program on Earth is backward compartible but this program stupid.

All the answers or can I get my money (bought February 28 and published March 1, 2015).

Well I had to reinstalled CS3 then saved sessions as xml

Had to change a few options, but managed to bring in CS6 in 4 hours.

I suggest you save all your sessions of cs3 in xml format.

Also had to reload all the effects that many of them when removed or renamed in the CS6.
