  Thanks Arsen, but that did not help. I did all the stuff in my bag, but nothing helped.   I think that the problem is inadequate compatibility between BB / RIM and MAC. So stick to PC for all restoration and Retrofits for BB. However, I have to cut a long story short, the solution is to download the new software from the site of the developer BB here using a PC: and follow the simple instructions. He took every 20 minutes to settle.

  Leave the battery choke.  Remove/replace the battery and charge it.  It should pop back, but this is a temporary fix.  It will happen again.  Back up your Blackberry Desktop Manager data and replace the unit.

  Since yesterday evening, my phone vibrated randomly and flashed as if I had an e-mail / SMS, but when I go to to read anything there. The indicator light flashes continuously and at one point, it was vibrating every 10 minutes even if nothing has been received and I didn't touch it! Now it's just blinks ALL THE TIME and makes me crazy.

  I turned, out the battery many times and it solves for all the minutes and she decides to Flash. I don't know what else to try! It's actually makes me crazy as all I can see is that stupid flashing!

  Hey guys. I bought this phone off of a friend. His three months and works very well. But the other night, I accidentally put the magnetic port on the back and the phone is completely dead. I panicked and I tried every possible combination. I finally got a red when I plugged it into the microusb port. He turned in 10 minutes as usual.

  Now, whenever I have fix the magnetic cord (correctly) I get a flashing led orange and the unit charge at all.

  Hello everyone. I have problems with the magnetic charge on my Z2 port. He simply not to charge the device. He also was heat when he was in charge via USB. Sometimes, it would not even load!

  I was trying to just live with it until one day the phone turned off and never started upward for about a day.

  I knew at that stage he had no choice but to request an RMA number for these issues.

  When I called to tell them my problems, I told them specifically 'THERE IS a PROBLEM WITH THE MAGNETIC PORT', 'THE PHONE REFUSED to LOAD SOMETIMES' and 'THE PHONE HEATS DURING CHARGE'.

  The representative on the other end told me several times that he understands the problem and they will be addressed when he arrived at the repair shop.

  So, I packed the phone upward and expelled from Ontario (shipping cost me $40) and thinking that once he comes back, it'll work like it should.

  I'll be back on the phone today and it opens as soon as I could.

  First thing I did, is trying to turn it on. Absolutely nothing. No light, no low battery screen, nothing.

  So when I got home, I plugged the thing in a USB AC charger. The first 10 minutes, that there was only one red LED and nothing else.

  After 10 minutes, I could see the green of the battery on the screen.

  Again 5 minutes later, I was able to turn the phone on. He was sitting at 2%.

  How to turn signal flashing led?

  The answer to this depends on what color it flashes.

  If it is red, it's for messages. Go to profile profiles/advanced/active / and change 'Notification to repeat' to none. You will need to do this for each email, sms, mms, telephone, etc...

  If it is green, go to Options/screen & keyboard/light cover and change it to off.

  If you want to disable the blue for bluetooth connection, go to Options, Bluetooth, Menu, OPtions and change LED indicator connection disabled

  Amber is for low battery, either disable or load the BB

  That's all I can think about, but I feel that I'm leaving something... If I did, I'm sure someone will jump in and help.

  It seems that you are not able to turn on the laptop and tried to solve the problem
   
  Please perform steps listed to find out if it is a hardware or software problem below:
  1. remove all cables and devices, disconnect them and try to turn on the device
   
  2. check the LED light situation and ensure the action of the spring button / stop is normal
   
  3 Exchange with a well known power cord and the AC adapter
   
  4 Pack no adapters are available, check if the power adaptor is slightly warm
  Note: This will give us an indication that the power adapter could be good
   
  5. do you know if the laptop was in battery or power adapter when you used the last time
  Note: Make sure that there is no spill of liquid or cutting
   
  6. check if the Port of the AC adaptor is loose/broken
   
  Note: If the laptop is not lit even with a well known power adapter this confirms the hardware failure with the system board or power DC Circuit

• BlackBerry Smartphones red flashing (New Messages) - how long it will stay on?

  I need some information on the flashing red led that flashes when you receive new messages. I noticed that it expires after a while... do not stay even though I have not checked my messages and I have indeed always for new messages.  Does anyone know the basics about that? I found nothing in my manual. It would be good to know how this feature works.  For example, I can wake up in the morning and have 21 new messages, but no Flash.  It stops blinking after a while to save the life of the battery? I have no idea. Thank you very much for all your advice/help.

  Aimee, the notification light only stays on for about 15 minutes after the last message again.
