  What version of Windows Live Mail?  The most recent version, WLM 2011 (aka build 15, aka Wave 4) uses the interface Ribbon user, ala Office 2007 and Office 2010.  The Ribbon takes a few days to adjust.  But, once you find and familiarize yourself with the bar to access FAST (Quick Access Toolbar), it is MUCH better!

  If you use WLM 2011, then click the icon in the upper left corner.  (He seems to have no name, but if you place your mouse over it, the label "Windows Live Mail" is displayed.)  Print is one of the options in this menu; Simply click on it as usual.

  To save time in the future, click on print, then choose Add to quick access toolbar. Then you should see a printer icon small appear on the QAT, a thin horizontal bar above (or below) the Ribbon.
