  Many issues of the site can be caused by corrupted cookies or cache. To try to solve these problems, the first step is to clear cookies and cache.

  If you use ADF BC, you can create a VO with a join between the table 1 & table 2 exposing all the fields.
  Then you can drag and drop the original Version as an array of attributes required on the user interface.

  I want the popup to show "there is no list" If the sql returns no rows, indicating to the user to change their selections for P1_OU and P1_DEPTID. However, when I try to test it in the Apex, if the user selects this message, null is not returned to the form, instead, the text of the message is returned.   You can put in a position to submit the calculation for your LOV as element that is your LOV = "there is no list" then put it to NULL w/PL/SQL

  Its possible the drive has failed. Is this an internal or an external drive? In both cases, make sure that all cables are properly connected and functional, including the power cables. If its a USB external drive then try another USB port.
