The process is completed and the system is restarted, the operating system is not charging and a blue screen appears on the screen.   System requirements say IE8 should work with SP1 is installed. Maybe it's because SP1 support ends July 12, 2011 and IE8 can not download without installation of the Service Pack 2 for Vista

I tried to upgrade to Vista and XP with the same error message. I also installed a new unformatted disk and tried to install the operating system again through the CD and got the same error.

  I managed to fix it myself. I found information about incorrect information in the registry. So with care and concern, I used regedit to remove two incorrect lines in the registry. Everything works now.
