  IE8 and earlier browsers are considered ' lower level' browsers will display the content of the phase of low level, as defined in your project Animate.  Except that you can select the option of Google Chrome Frame in the publication settings dialog box (file > settings of publication...) in order to prompt the user to install Google Chrome Frame, which displays animated projects.  I hope this helps!

• edge counter works is not in MAX

  Hello wise!

  I was hoping that someone could help me with a problem I detect the TTL on my NOR-2090 edges connected to a NOR-6025e. Even if I go to the measurement and Automation Explorer and run it nothing e/s meter test is detected. I tried different counters and different ports (BNC PFI0 and other non - BNC PFI) connected to the trigger sources different, but always without success. Interestingly, I also have a simple USB-6008 on which I can get these settings to work.

  I used a few test screws I found here, but none worked (which I think is to be expected).

  Is there something that I don't see here? Any help is welcome, and if you want more information please let me know!

  I have re-installed edge animate several times now, even computer rebooting between installs. For some reason or another, whenever animate Edge is installed, this particular "d3dx9_43.dll" file will not be installed with. What can I do? I use Animate frequently enough that this will become a problem if she cannot resolve it quickly. Help, please.

  I thought about it. I just had to find my computer 'd3dx9_43.dll', then copy of System32(not cut) in the right folder edge animate. There is no need to reinstall or restart. I already had the latest version of MS Direct X installed, so all that was left was to have the file copied to the correct folder.

  I've been a user of edge lead from the start and I was really happy to learn that the original version would be offered free of charge to us users of the beta.  I noticed the edge animate CC is not currently available for free, and I was really disappointed. A lot of people have put a ton of time and energy by pushing the front edge including: feedback, to assist users in the forums and promote the edge to our friends.  It would be greatly appreciated if Adobe recognized this and made available free of charge for us.

  Hi Aaron,

  Yes, version 1.x is free to use as much personal and commercial (or educational). One thing to keep in mind is Animate is quickly developing and even version 1.5 is pretty outdated for what is 2.0. Each new version is not about features, but fixing browser based bugs that arise as new browsers are released and these fixes are not available in the 1.x series.

  I have re-installed and the same thing happens. I install this through the Adobe Creative Cloud application. I have other Adobe products installed in the same way and have had no other problems.

  Any ideas what can cause this behavior?

  I completely uninstalled the ESET Smart Security and restarted Windows.

  Adobe Edge animate now works correctly, so he seems to have been a conflict with ESET.

  Finally, I think that I found a solution to this problem by modifying the css for the width of the iframe:

• An error has occurred. Please save your work and restart edge animate! First time I try to open the edge animate.

  I just tried to leave on a dashboard project lead for the first time. When I open the app the splash screen does NOT appear. So I press cmd - N to create a new file, it creates a black file without any action, and when I try to set the height and width of the error (an error has occurred. Please save your work and restart edge animate) appears. I tried to reinstall and it did not help. What should I do?

• Animate edge and Muse do not publish correctly my project created in Edge animate

  I have a project that I made in Edge animate and when I saw it works perfectly; but when I publish as web disappear several parts of the project and do not know why this is happening. I realize that I give to lift the page in the browser and the ski lifts, but with parts missing from the project. Something similar happens to me with the same project in Muse, when public record edge animate oam for placement in Muse does well and the preview of Muse works fine but when I publish in Bussines catalyst disappears completely from the page, nothing see.

  I'm working on a new project that is based on an interactive web video.

  In the edge animate proyect I implemented a player full screen Youtube has interactivity. On the one hand, in the edge project, I've included a JS that contains the definition of the Youtube API reader and all its functions to allow interactivity. On the other side, in the HTML code that creates the edge animate, I've included the div for the player and a few buttons to play and stop the video.

  When I run the Web site using Dashboard animate everything works correctly, but when I open the HTML file without edge animate, the Youtube player is not defined (the player div is empty). I think that the problem may be related to the external JS file in the dashboard project.

  I do not see why this external JS with the functions of Youtube load only when it is started from the edge soft Animation.

  My goal is to load this project as an include file OAM end in Wordpress with the Youtube player and its interactivity.

  Conclusion:

  Animation full screen with Youtube Player as a backdrop with a few buttons in the project file HTML to play and stop the video. YouTube API functions inside an external JS file and included in the project of edge animate. Only works when the animation is launched with edge animate. If the HTML file is opened directly, the Youtube player is empty.

  Hey there,

  This is a problem known with Animate - we do not currently support packaging everything you decide to include with your publication and as a result they are not be included in the OAM drop external libraries.

  BUT.

  To work around the problem, you can try to decompress the OAM, manually adding the libraries, and then repackaging the CAO. The discussion on this thread might help you: http://forums.adobe.com/message/5834409

  We'll also be resolve this in the next version of Anmate, which will be available soon!
