Hello, how do I change my eFax number is a number of USA to a local number of UNITED Arab Emirates? When registering, I was assigned a US number.

    Great information, if you don't mind I just want to piggy back off of your post, to eliminate any likelihood of confusion.

    The 20 free incoming & 20 free outgoing faxes are with HP printer which include the impression of the eFax service application.  From now on, we have three series printers that include the application pre-installed print eFax: HP Photosmart 7510 Series, series of 110 HP Envy and HP Photosmart eStation C510a.

    

    eFax also has a free plan that allows you to receive a limited number of faxes, but cannot send faxes. If you exceed the allowed number of received faxes, eFax invite you to upgrade to a paying account. Here are the main Details of the free plan:

    • A (i.e., non-local) eFax number distance
    • Regional/prefix code is selected by eFax and is not editable (except if you upgrade to a paid account)
    • 20 pages of incoming faxes per month (reception only)
    • You are prompted to upgrade to a paid account if you exceed 20 inbound pages, or if you need to send capacity.

  • Photosmart 6520 - establishment of eFax with greyed the button "create a new account.

    I just bought a Photosmart 6520 new and am setting up eFax service. While he was trying to set up eFax "create a new account" button is grayed out, do not allow me to create an account. I found a HP support document for my printer which helps with the implementation of eFax. On the document it says:

    NOTE: If the button create account is unavailable or greyed out, the printer is already registered with eFax.

    I didn't record the printer with eFax, but just to check that it was wrong, I clicked on "login to eFax and clicked 'forgot number?' when you are prompted for an eFax number I never was affected. I put my email address and the message verified, as I expected, that the account was not in their database. I then did a search on the forum where I found a topic 'Registration of EFAX' that said, it has been resolved. The solution to say

    "I'm sorry to hear that you have a gray button to create an eFax account for your Photosmart 6520.

    The questions that you have, please call HP Cloud Services at 1-885-785-2777 if you are in the USA/Canada region. »

    I tried to call this number and it is an invalid number. I searched other corrections and I see not a published solution, but see that there is a problem with high frequency. Help, please.

    Here is the solution, if you do not have to hunt around with invalid documents, phone numbers, etc... as if I had to.

    If you configure a printer offering eFax free, but when you create an account, eFax, the 'Create new account' button is gray, then here's what you do:

    1. Call eFax @ 1-800-287-3499 and select "Sales". Do not select "Customer Support" because it prompts you to enter your fax number, you do not. Tell the sales person the question and ask to be transferred to a customer support agent.

    2. Customer support agent will take information from you such as your zip code, your email, your hpeprint email address, type of printer and then open a ticket with a representative from hp for the configuration of the fax number.

    3. You should then receive a fax of test from the person who took your eFax number. You will get also an email with the information you need for eFax, including your fax number and your PIN.

  • HP ENvy110 and eFax connection not recognized after successful initial Setup

    I properly set up eFax to my network printer.  Have already sent a fax.

    Yesterday the envy acted as if I've never implemented eFax and asked me to register or sign in.

    I connected my phone to eFax number and PIN number and they were not recognized.

    I went to my computer and connected to the eFax successfully with the same phone number and PIN.

    So, the problem is specific to the network printer.

    Any thoughts on this problem?

    This may seem a little strange, but it has been known to resolve this issue. Press the ePrint button in the upper left and corner of the screen to your printer. When he shows the ePrint information, press 'Print Info' or 'print the State. " It will usually connect the printer in return the correct servers and you should be able to use your information to open a session in eFax. If you continue to have problems with this, let me know and we can try some other measures.

  • Can not scan or Fax with eFax HP Envy 110.

    I have a HP Envy 110 wireless printer connected to an iMac OSX 10.9.4 running.  I downloaded the latest drivers from the HP site.  I can scan from the computer, but I can't scan from the printer to the computer.  I also have an eFax number and the password.  When I insert this information in Control Panel of the printer, I get an error message that my information is not valid.  Can anyone help?

    I see that you have some problems scanning and eFax with the ENVY of 110. I would like to see if I can help. When you try to scan from the front of the printer to the computer, what error or message you get?

    Although the 10.9.4 the operating system is not listed in this document, 10.8 steps will be the same: "computer no. has detected" or a Message appears "connection error" during the scan.

  • Photosmart 6520 disorder registration for eFax

    I just bought a Photosmart 6520 and try to install eFax.  I clicked on the control panel of the product and have found the button setup eFax tab printing & scanning (as directed by the instructions included with my printer).

    When I click on the eFax Setup button, my browser opens on the creation screen / connect you account for eFax:

    The 'Create new account' button is grayed and I'm unable to create an account.  The button "Connect to eFax" is red (active) and I am able to click on it to log-in. However, since then I've yet to be able to create an account in the first place, there is no account for me to connect to.

    After much research, the only solution I found was to call HP Cloud Services @ 1-855-785-2777.  HP then degenerates the Efax number.  They then plan a time to remind you of your fax number and the password to use.  This has probably happened to 6520 users.  It was set long rather than having the customer go through research, emails, phone calls and waiting for a fax number.

  • Photosmart 7510: reactivation EFax after firmware

    just updated the firmware on photosmart printer but the printer does not recognize the password EFax number. EFax tech said I need to contact HP for this problem.   Is it possible to do this before you pay for support for a phone call?

    OK thanks, they were able to help me - very simple solution - on the screen of the printer - 'web services' - clear eprint and then turn away and voila!  EFax works

    I followed the thread on the button SAVE grayed to Setup efax.  The SIGNIN button is active, but I can't save.  WHY didn't this problem been fixed yet? Can someone help me get through the registration process so that I can access this efax Free service that came bundled with my purchase of this HP Photosmart 6525?

    IF you have also encountered this problem (cannot save with efax), don't bother contact efax... waste of time. I'm online with their cat and they told me to contact efax tech, I sent their tech staff and they sent back telling me to contact their sales dept (a LOOP).

    HOWEVER, pleased to report that, following this BLOG, ICLOUD IMPRESSION contacted me. They took my information (as described in my original post) and told me that the issue should be put together. Also, they arranged a date and time for the ICLOUD IMPRESSION to remember with the solution and/or additional assistance.

    Today at EXACTLY the appointed time, I got this call from ICLOULD. the representative asked me IF I had again received information (virtual phone efax number and PIN number) by e-mail.  I didn't do it.  Thus, the representative is contact efax to get them to pony up the phone number and PIN.  A representative of the ICLOUD will again call me Monday 5/12 @ 01:00 for HOPEFULLY, walk me through the process.  (He was SURE I have received my virtual phone to efax number and PIN at this time here...) I HOPE SO!).

    The ICLOUD REP also answered my question about whether the fax feature works if I have my printer is configured to interface with my PC via the USB cable, rather than wireless. He assured me that I have internet that the printer should fax very well (AGAIN, i HOPE SO).

    My son also bought one of these machines HP Photosmart 6525.  If it HAS THE SAME PROBLEM AND CANNOT if sign UP WITH EFAX, ICLOUD representative gave me the phone number to contact ICLOULD PRINT to start a case for my son.  IS the NUMBER of CONTACT PRINTING ICLOUD: 1-855-785-2777.  I thought that this could be useful for some of you who are IMPOSSIBLE to register with efax.  FORTUNATELY FOR PRINTING ICLOUD TEAM! AND thanks in advance for your help and your QUICK response.

  • When I connect the printer, I get a message that my login is not valid. I can't go to the efax website

    Want to 110 e - all-in-one printer D411.  When I enter my efax number and PIN on the printer, I get a message that my login is not valid.  However, I can go to the efax website and using the same number and pin code, I can connect on the site.  How can I fix it?

    Try to connect without the '1' in front of the 10-digit number, if you are not already using the 1, place it in front of the fax number. If this does not work, try disabling ePrint, and then put it back slot under the web services menu. This menu is in setting up the icon on the front panel that looks like a key. Then after that tap on the icon of webservices (the one that looks like a piece of paper with a target behind him) and then re - print info/report Web services page and then try to connect again.

  • eFax already register, cannot connect to the internet.

    After tapping on the eFax print application, you receive error message "unable to connect to the internet, please activate the web services or connection eFax app."

    Steps below are ONLY if your eFax app had previously been setup.  A problem of synchronization as the eFax print requires HP Web Services to connect to the server.

    Note: eFax Soft printing is ONLY available pre-installed on select HP printers.

    1. press on the icon of web services in the upper left corner of your printer.

    For the brief moment the printer say loading its actually re-sync with the server ePrint to load the email address of the current x.     You should be able to press home, then press print eFax app for the previously saved eFax number.

    NOTE: ePrint service: STOP will cause the same error message as ePrint is required to connect to the internet.

    Press settings.

    Tap ePrint, then tap activate ePrint characteristic of service.

    Try tapping the Home button, then select eFax print app to see a previously saved eFax number.

    Note: If it does not, the selection to print the report in the web services menu above requires the printer to reconnect to the ePrint server and automatically resynchronize with eFax server.

    2. If the previous steps do not resolve the "cannot connect to internet" error message, you may need to adjust the network settings on the printer.   See post below.

  • Difficulty for eFax print on Photo paper and not ordinary paper

    If you have recently faced the issue where when you receive an eFax, it is print on photo paper and not ordinary paper, it is because your account is configured to receive jobs as a .tiff instead of .pdf files files.   • 7510 HP Print eFax entering using photo tray 4 x 6 instead of regular paper tray

    The free eFax sends incoming faxes to the printer in TIF format.  Unless you pay for the upgrade to eFax service, you don't have the choice of formats (PDFs, for example).  The problem is that the printer sees the TIF attachment when eFax sends it to the printer and wants to automatically print it by using the paper tray photo (4 x 6) rather than the normal paper tray.  How do you get the 7510 DO NOT auto select the paper tray according to the type of attachment?

    You have changed it on a free account. eFax does just not support customers who use the free service.

    Hi Tim,.

    There is no need to use any PIN while you sending a fax.

    The pin code is for your management options only...

    The fax should be sent to your eFax number, then it will be printed by the device.

    My spouse is using my printer B209a CD035a, it will be able to send efax for me, if so it just between my efax number and or e-mail that I chose, not my home address.

  • Free EFAX new phone number

    I have an EFax # I have used for years and it was on my printer 7510.  I downloaded new drivers for my printer because of my Win 8.1 new HP Pavilion and the printer settle with an EFAX account using my alternate email address.  Is there a way to remove one of the EFax # or reset the printer to my old EFax #?

    Solved: Received instructions from EFax for restoring to factory default.  I was then able to reset the FAX # in the printer and print a page to the hpconnected.com to reset the printers claim code.
