Either 10 will continue to be automatically installed?

And if so, will it mess with Windows Live Photo Gallery? Having scanned just in my first old photo of a new printer through the Gallery, I'm a little worried about it. JY Bravo just mentioned the gallery in his question.

Don't know what Microsoft justification was taxation i.e. 10 on people whether they want it or not. In my case, she could have the effect of making my old printer unusable. I could be wrong of course, but it seems that even if uninstall you it, there are changes that it brings, which cannot be easily undone by uninstalling.

Is Microsoft rethinking that policy, or will we be stuck with these automatic updates of the browser? At best, he's going to a lot of people who have devices older 10 can't disadvantages.

The related issue is of course there is a way to block the update without blocking other updates at the same time. Or either 10 jump simply obstacles placed in his way?

Yes as you say IE 10 on windows 7 cause sometimes problems...

For example: windows 7 view ie10 cause this error...  ""Mapped network drive could not be created"error when you try to map to SharePoint Online.

MS potentially identified this kind of errors
Own words over there they say 'this is a known issue. Microsoft is working to resolve the problem. »

The solution is to remove ie10 of windows 7... (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2836021)

Microsoft has released a "Toolbox to disable the automatic dissemination of Internet Explorer 10' on windows 7...  You can use it if IE 10 cause problems on your pc and it will block that it is to say 10 update and has no impact on the other windows updates...

  • USB keys are no longer automatically install

Windows XP ceased to automatically install the USB drivers.   It started a month ago.  Any USB device that has been used before that time continues to operate normally.  Now if I insert a new now the installation wizard appears, which is not normal and it also cannot find a driver.  It's like he's lost his references to the installation process for the USB.

In my humble OPINION, the best site to go for USB problems is the following:

My guess is that your problem is covered by the entrance to halfway to the bottom of the page and is titled:
    «Request to XP drivers»
but suggest that you are investigating through the entire article.

  • Somehow PC Optimizer Pro has been downloaded and automatically installed on my PC

PC cleaners are really a necessity?  I have all the programs in place
(O.S. window 7 + that is main search engine)

No, they aren't. A registry cleaner may sometimes be useful if, for example, a program does not completely uninstall, but the registry has no need to be cleaned on a regular basis.

  • installation of windows 7 pro 64-bit will not complete installation. clean install.

I tried to install windows 7 pro 64-bit and I got all the way to the last part of the installation and the screen goes black for 5 minutes approximately and restarts. then he tries to run windows and the screen becomes black and black rest for at least 30 mins +... is when I gave up on it. What can be wrong? I have overcome all the req and even tried 2 games of motherboard and processor and came to the same problem. I think it's a bad dvd but the store won't Exchange it. They let me just go back. then before I have to send back tomorrow I figured I would give it a try more.

at this moment I have amd athlon 64 3800 + and 4 GB of ram and I also tried a quad core from amd phenom 2 and 6 GB of ram with the same result.

Joe can you be more specific, what stage the installation goes on black screen...?

I had a same problem once and there is a possible resolution to do so,
If it is in the final phase of installation is mainly due to the video card..,.
Then restart the computer and keep tapping F8, select "enable Mode low resolution" because the option and now the installation program will continue...
see if it progresses and ends with the installation by inviting you to enter the user name and password then your product key.
Once you have finished with these steps and that reach you your office update your video card driver and restart the computer.
Hope it will work for you :D
Please let us know if it works :)

Like you said it seems to be the task that comes up from time to time, I would like to advice you perform the clean boot and see if the prompt disappears, because your system in a clean boot state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem. You must follow the steps in the article mentioned below to perform a clean boot.

Download Virtual XP to Windows 7 will continue to be available indefinitely?

I have been informed that Windows XP Mode for Windows 7 will remain available for the duration of Windows 7 support.

    Important

    • As of April 8, 2014, support for Windows XP and Windows XP Mode is no longer available, including updates that help protect your PC. This means that if you continue to use Windows XP or Windows XP Mode on Windows 7 PC after end of support, your PC could become more vulnerable to viruses and security risks. Therefore, to secure the your Windows 7 PC after the end of the support, we recommend that you use only the Windows XP Mode if your PC is disconnected from the Internet.
