  In October last year I bought the PC Cleaner (which had been recommended by Microsoft), and it is automatically downloaded on my pc.  Last week, I noticed on their ad. page that they had a new tool for the problems with the e-mails... so I tried to download it thinking it was and the attachment for the program that I already had, but there is not... he wiped the pc cleaner that I already had and downloaded a completely new program, I neither wanted or needed... then he demanded payment... I lost the program that I had already paid for but PC Cleaner now requires that I also pay for the new one AND it wont let me unistall it from my pc, whenever I try to uninstall a bypasses ad my uninstall the screen practically holding me hostage... and I can not change... it looks as if its been locked in my PC when they downloaded the program... I sent an email explaining this and everything I got was an announcement telling me that it's at a discount price...   Compressed NTFS is a bad choice to store VMDK.

  VMDK stored on compressed NTFS may crash at any time - leaving the corrupt VMDK.

• 2015 the Macbook Pro 13 Retina El Capitan freezes randomly

  I have a Macbook Pro 13 2015 with the Retina display. I plug in December. It has the most recent update of El Capitan (OSX 10.11.4). I have 91.8 GB of free space on the SSD drive. Around a month ago, freezes bad has started to happen. Frost occur generally when I'm browsing Safari, I do not know if it has nothing to do with YouTube videos, but maybe it's interesting to note that I usually have a tab open in Safari that's YouTube when it happens (but not always). Today, I already had 2 freezes, before one arrived, I read an article and it happened (a YouTube tab was open in Safari, however, the video did not play for the moment when frost arrived). The second time, watched a YouTube video, and freezing that happened when I clicked on the time bar to make the video at a specific time. Frost usually occurs when I interact with something like that, opening of a new video in YouTube (such as clicking a recommendation of video on the right panel), or interact with the video itself. Note, after I restarted the computer, the previous video is one which opens in Safari, if frost has occurred during playback of the video which freezes just after I started playing.

  However, it is not only Safari which can cause freezing. There was a specific case, when I looked at the images in the Photos app. There were many of them, and I pressed the arrow left and right to navigate through them. Then he suddenly freezes the whole system, couldn't get out of the application or anything. Such a freeze is really bad, I can't interact with the computer somehow, the mouse cursor freezes, time freezes in the status bar, no Cmd + space for Spotlight, no physical reaction buttons whatsoever. Only option is to wait a few minutes (in order to clearly identify the process before and during the system failure in the newspaper), and then press and hold the power button until the machine stops.

  I thought first of all it is a software problem, I did a complete reinstallation of the system (formatted the SSD drive, downloaded Yosemite, then upgraded to El Capitan, once again). I had 2 weeks of calm, but today it happened again (2 times so far). I share the newspaper of queries system log: all messages. The last frost that happened at 13:31, and I waited until 13:37 to restart the computer. If I'm not able to detect the problem, I think I'll try to return this product, because I think that it is unacceptable for a machine that costly to freeze the whole system and lost unsaved process in Word or whatever it is.

  I had the same problem and all initially thought I had demoted again. Did not that but used the card reader in my iMac to download my photos. It doesn't work, so no problems for me! Maybe you can try this too.

  They replaced the "defective wires" that caused some of my keys to do no work. When it came to the keys does not, it's a 50-50 chance sometimes they worked perfectly and other times that they would not work. I back my laptop yesterday but I have experienced the same keys not work - they finally started working again, but I will return to Boston for college next week and my applecare warranty is up Sept. 4. My question is will take apple my laptop back and fix what they don't apparently fixed the first time, even if my applecare is released or do I need to rush ALL THE WAY back to apple to drop it again. the only reason why I want to wait is because I want to see if it happens again, I did an update and it looks good, but if it happens again I want to be fixed correctly.

  It is not completely repaired to your satisfaction. Immediately call Apple Care or bring your Apple Store. Nobody here can answer your questions. Apple can only respond.

  Hi party, I suggest to use the Combo Update 10.11.6 to replace any system software that can be altered.

  The Combo update is a complete installation, as opposed to an incremental "delta" update, so you have to overwrite all files are damaged or missing. It does not matter if you have previously applied. All your data and settings must be kept, but that said, you should always have a backup.

• How to get the opening working on El capitan

  This weekend I finally upgrade my MBP Lion to El Capitan.

  After that opening upgrade did not work. I remembered, there was a problem opening running on Yosemite and wanted to migrate to lightroom, maybe, but I have not had the time yet and already have hundreds of gigabytes of photos in Aperture.

  A magazine suggested to remove the opening of disc and reinstall via the App store to get the latest version that works apparently under El Capitan.

  Who did not work for me - I could not find in the App store opening. I initially bought Aperture for $200 on DVD, without going through app store.

  How can I get the latest version of aperture, so I can update my OS now and migrate from aperture far later?

  Probably not now - you must open 3.6 - maybe this will help you but I suspect that the time is over to get it - update to Aperture 3.6 after the release of Photos

  You can not do this. Programs include not only their program
  files. There are also many references in \Windows, in the register and
  elsewhere and these re all lost if you reinstall Windows.

  Restore your computer to factory settings is very rarely necessary.
  and is usually a big mistake. It often leads to its own problems.
  Why you 'need' to do? Tell us what are your problems and it's
  no doubt someone here can help you to fix it.

  Also if you restore your computer to factory settings, you should not
  have to buy Word, Publisher, Power Point, etc. all over again.
