I tried to remove all of the plug-ins and extensions, but that didn't fix it. I also just installed the update and that it did not set or the other. I don't know what to do. Chrome works very well.   Step 1

  Have you tried to update the display driver? Maybe you have an older version that is not fully compatible with Windows 7. Just check the Web from Toshiba site to get the latest version:
