ELOQUA Insight report filters

Hello

I was wondering if there is a way to set the display filter criteria reports displayed as we do with the 'Shared filters' or segments.

For example, to have the logic as something like filter 1 AND filter 2 AND 3 or 4 etc filter. I can see that we can have the RUP in displayed filters but I didn't always understand how to add supports for the displayed data.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Eva,

If you have more than two filter conditions in relation to the various set operators among them, use the right shift key to report filter group together conditions. This is analogous to the addition of parentheses around two report filter conditions.

Use the left SHIFT key to separate the report filter conditions. This is analogous to the removal of the brackets around two report filter conditions.

  • Using elements of the application of interactive report filters

    Hello

Can we use elements of application in interactive report filters? If so, how?

    Thank you
    Machaan

Take a look at the creation of a link to the section of interactive reports in the Application Guide of the user for example generator

This example binds, resets and clears the saved report parameters 12345. It also creates an ENAME = 'KING' filter on saved report 12345.

    f? p = 100: 1: & SESSION. : I have R_REPORT_12345::RIR, CIR::RIR, CIR:IR_ENAME:KING

If you have an element of the application P1_ENAME the following apply to the example above

    f? p = 100: 1: & SESSION. : I have R_REPORT_12345::RIR, CIR::RIR, CIR:IR_ENAME: & P1_ENAME.

If you want a permament for all filter saved reports on the value of point of application, it is best to use the: APP_ITEM_NAME bind variables in your SQL syntax, it really depends on how you define the value of your item and how you interact with it. AFAIK does not request point directly bind variables syntax in the filters, IR etc...

  • Running a report by using another report filtering

    Hello

There are really two questions in this post:

    (i) is there an easier way to select all the contacts who never responded positively to a campaign to filter our report using the output of another report that selects all contacts who have responded positively at a campaign? Although this approach works fine, I was able to successfully run the report on a small sample of the data set. The report, including all contacts who have responded positively at a campaign contains about 8 k record, and our system contains about 12 k contacts. When I ran the report on the full data set, I was unable to get any output even after a wait of 10 ~ 15 minutes.

(II) if I use the right approach, does anyone know if CRMOD can manage a report filtered on another report with a set of data size described above?

Any help/comments would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    JP

    Hey,.

Yes you can do it. Run a historical even if analysis as it is a bit large on the treatment. You have two options here,

    1. create a report with all contacts. Create a report with the Contacts that have responded negatively. Create a report with the Contacts that were created in a positive way. Use the button "Combine Analyses" to end two reports LESS from the beginning. (I'll guess it's what you do)

    2. create the three reports above, this time in the 1st report select your 'Contact-ID' field and use the filter 'Advanced' - 'filter based on a column in another State. You can actually say show me all Contact ID that are not in this report. Do this with the two reports (it works better, but you can't take 8 193 ID in all report filter)

    I hope this helps.

Unfortunately, you can't do this via Eloqua. You can use 3rd tools such as sunflower or by email on acid to obtain these settings. Here's a thread on this. Vs mobile Web Reporting on email

  • Serial number after the interactive report filtering

    Hello

I have an interactive report. In the report, I have column named serial number which is generated using "row_number over (order by id). When I filter certain data of the serial number is the line number sequence, but I want to put the sequence based on number after filtering like when name rownum-100-samia, after the filter by samia serial number must be 1. Is this possible? I'm sorry if I can not write properly!

  • How to plan the report filtered by dynamic date based on the date, the Agent is running

    Hello

I have a question about account using OBIEE agent.

If I run an agent today to deliver A report, can I me A report based on the date of last Monday or any dynamic dates?

For example, say is today, December 18, 2013, and my agent is run according to how I put the calendar. Now the content of the delivery report one being delivered. Now A report has a date column, normally this column is filtered by the current date. But if it comes through the agents to different users, the data should be the previous Monday, so in this case, 9 December 2013. When this agent is run once again, declared December 27, 2013, then the report must be filtered by December 16, 2013, which is the previous Monday 27 dec.

Something like this is possible in OBIEE 11 G?

    Thanks in advance.

    Yala,

    Not in a straightforward way

    (1) let the report through Agent with filter current Date

    (2) after he ran for the first time you can see IBOT name/last execution time (LAST_RUNTIME_TS) in S_NQ_JOB

Create a variable reference 'last_run_agent' to aid in sql to get max (LAST_RUNTIME_TS)

    SELECT max (LAST_RUNTIME_TS) from s_nq_job, whose name = "AGENT_NAME;

Change analysis with current date filter report and amend accordingly the condition of filter to filter on repository variable, newly created

    Hi all
I use an interactive report on a page. I want a process page to reference the filtered rows dynamically by an end user. The report to be referenced is not recorded but simply filtered in the main report.

  • Interactive report - filtering with the "IN" operator

    Hello

I have a column in an international registration which is a concatenated field (Last Name, First Name MI). When filtering on this field using the IN operator, it returns the correct record if only one value is selected, but if more than one value is selected, no data is returned. It's like that it executes a statement GOLD instead of one and.

Any suggestions on how to solve the problems or solve this problem?

    Thank you
    Matt

Well, this isn't quite true. If the list had an entry in the form LAST_NAME | ',' | FIRST_NAME. » '||. MI, the query would return a match.
Yes, you're probably better of filtering individually and last name fields.

  • Region of report filters by using Multi Select lists

Could someone please advise me accordingly.

I want to use several multi selection lists to allow a user filter data in a report. I have a button for the user to send the page and apply their selected criteria. In my application I have want to reference the items select direct multi.

    for example

    Select studentid, studentname
    of student_table
    where of course in(:p1_course)
    and the Department (: p1_dept)
and in the year (: p1_year)
    and... etc etc.

My attempts to do so to this day, have been in pallets. I was hoping that one of you experts may be able to advise how to do this step by step.

    Thank you

    Steve C

    Hi Steve,.

The results of the selections multiple lists would be in the format has: b: c (that is to say, the values separated by semicolons), so your WHERE clause must use something like:

    OÙ ' :' || : P1_COURSE | ':' AS ' %:' | COURSE | ':%'

    or

    WHERE INSTR (': ' |: P1_COURSE |) ':', ':' || COURSE | ':') > 0

  • Views: Not related Pinterest referrals to the website?

My organization has several social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Pinterest, etc.) and we use Eloqua Insights to track the two social media grouped and specific to our website references.  (Overview > reports and dashboards > Web site > breakdown of social media).  Since I started to run the report in April, he always showed ZERO references to Pinterest to our Web site.  Technical support Eloqua assured me on the phone several times that the Insight report follow Pinterest.  So I got this response to our Marketing & Communications departments and we assumed our page Pinterest was essentially worthless (references to the Web site of zero).

Last week, our social media Wizard configured the new Analytics Pinterest to our page and sent data.  I was surprised to see that Pinterest Analytics shows references to our website.  (For example, September: 1 139 references to the site Web and October: 1 163 references to the Web site).

Is anyone else having issues where Eloqua Insights reports not Pinterest references on their site?

Or do any Oracle | Eloqua employees have a better explanation of the way done or has no ideas social channels?

    Thank you!

Hello Kristin Farwell-Oracle and tony.cavicchi - checked with the team; Unfortunately Pinterest is currently not in our list of social media monitoring. Best option would be to open a feature request.

  • E10: Insight Eloqua roadblocks

We met some roadblocks with Eloqua Insight on obtaining the reports you need scoring and lead campaign.

Filtering currently Eloqua Insight and metrics are limited to fields like name, address email, company, system and created Eloqua date. Criticism, we must join in Insight are custom fields.  This includes all fields of notation of lead (Lead rating, note explicit and implicit score), our custom date fields (score last lead, purchase date fields for each business unit history) and our fields of integration (MSCRM Contact ID, date of last synchronization).

There is a demand for open feature (Exp47) that is currently underway, but a release date has not yet been established.

With these limitations Insight, we are unable to create reports on our wish list:

    • Recipes related to campaigns
    • Complete automated lead, staff report
    • Marketing funnel report

Aelse LL is to find this situation a significant hurdle?

    Hi Sebastian,.

    Thank you for the message!

Custom fields will be available on an overview of mid-August 2012. Come August, if you want to use custom fields available on Insight, you can get to from Eloqua support team and request to have this added. Note: Just ask once for all custom fields are available.

Regarding scoring lead from the fields, there are little lead scoring already available on the Insight fields. You can access them using the Analyzer license (formerly 'Designer' license, allowing to create/edit Insight reports). Most of these fields will be under attributes / Metrics--> Contacts--> lead scoring. Alternatively, you can search the data model by typing the full/partial name of the field you are looking for in the search field "Find" under "all objects".

For the fields of integration, you will find most of them under the attribute--> account--> integration fields or use the search to 'Find', as shown above for the scoring lead.

    I hope that helps!

  • Eloqua reporting: what is the difference between 'Link clicks' and 'interactive generated query string value "?

    clicks.png

Sometimes, I need to look at the link clicks in order to determine what link they clicked and sometimes the value of query string. What is the difference?

Redirect link is the actual URL that redirects to a specific Web site location.

Value of query string of clicks is what follows after the "?" in the link. These query strings do not change the location where the user is directed to but is for information purposes.

If you were to combine interactive generated link and the value of clicks query string, you will get the full link following the user.

Example: In your screenshot, for the first row in the report, the user would have followed this link:

    https://play.Google.com/store/apps/details?ID=no.osloby.app

The report broke it into 2 parts: clicks link (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details) and the value of query string of clicks (? id = no.osloby.app).

You can create custom query strings under configuration > site: query strings. This can be useful if you want to create your own way to mark up and view metrics on clicks for links. When you define a query string parameter, you can add this setting with different values at the end of the links to follow only those (ex: "?") QueryStringParam = value1'). I used this is to differentiate between separate instances of identical links in the same email (ex: a link is a banner image and text) to see who is the most useful and results in the most traffic. You can then view a breakdown of clicks by each query string under Insight > reports and dashboards > site > overview of Query String parameters.

Hope this helps... Let me know if you have any other questions.
