  You must have the root CA cert in the store of certificates of Thunderbird on the References tab.

• Cannot access the Thunderbird emails, sign in said browser no cookies when you enter the password

  I installed Thunderbird and installed an e-mail account with success, but when I add another account, it takes me to the Google sign in page enter my password, but when I enter the correct password, I get a window saying that my browser has disabled cookies

  Menu (alt + T) tools > options > privacy > and turn on the acceptance of cookies.

  3. Click turn off (not recommended) Windows Firewall under each network location that you want to stop trying to protect, and then click OK.

  Caution:

  You should not turn off Windows Firewall unless you have another firewall is enabled. Turning off Windows Firewall may make your computer (and your network, if you have one) more vulnerable to damage caused by worms or hackers. You must reactivate as soon as you have completed troubleshooting.

• Folio sign-in problems

  As suggested in another thread (http://forums.adobe.com/message/5122457#5122457) I write my specific case here.

  I was not able to sign in DPS through the folio constructor in InDesign. He just fail silently. After talking to our network administrators, I managed to get my PC to bypass our firewall company temporarily, and then disabled my Internet Explorer proxy settings and was then able to connect without any problems.  After I was blocked by the firewall, I can no longer connect (as expected).

  I'm on Windows, and our internal proxy authenticates via Active Directory.

  It is not a viable solution for users who want to produce sheets with direct and complete access through the firewall, then the two options I see to do this work are:

  1. get producer folio working through a proxy authentication

  2. allow through our firewall all the Adobe servers possible (kind of defeated the purpose of a firewall, especially given the number of servers that must be)

  I'll be happily corrected if there is anoter there solution...

  I will send you a list of services and ports that you can send to your COMPUTER to the white list so that those who can bypass the proxy. Check your email and PM.

  My e-mails are updated manually and when I updated the mail app today, I can only show emails from June-July 2010.

  I've never had this problem before, and I checked that the software is up to date.

  I tried to change the number of emails that I can see, but this allows that show me emails from 2010.

  I also tried to update the application several times and I turned off my phone for a bit then just before updating the application again, but it didn't. whatever it is hanged.

  Any suggestions on how to fix this?

  Close out of the messaging application, tap twice on the "home" button and close completely out of it.

  Then do a reset, none taken from data loss on the home/sleep set button until you see the logo apple and then exit, then wait for the phone to start backup.  Check email.

  If you still experience the issue then remove and reinstall the e-mail account.

  If you still have questions then contact Hotmail.

• My mozilla recently opened emails see the problem of loading pages and emails in the Inbox are not open and other email folders also not load

  recently I downloaded many video converter software. After that whenever I open my emails, I'm not able to load the pages. • Gmail sign in problems when using Firefox in Windows 8

  I'll have a printing problem in one of my computers on network. The computer has a local printer and it prints all documents except the photos and emails from MS outlook. In addition, whenever I want to print a word doc, it shows an empty field in the selection of the printer have been I have to select the default printer.   3 days ago the phone suddenly stopped to access my mailbox outlook.com and threw a message 'emails are not delivered to your device that resume services validate your password'. I went into the Setup program, entered my password and just got the error message "your device has encountered a problem with the application server. I repeated several times and received the same message. I was at my outlook.com account via my PC and tried to turn on and off the POP - not be joy. My work account still works fine.
