Hello world
Since a few days, I am faced with this strange problem with DPS connection tools.
I have Adobe ID with password as averyone and when I login on the Web Adobe Dashboard page, and it works correctly.
This also works when I use my same login ID in Indesign Folio Builder.
But when I login in the Adobe viewer app on my iPad, the authentication fails. Same thing on the same application on my iPhone.
The ID is always the same, I also checked to be connected on the Acrobat.com Web page, but nothing changes.
So this seems quite strange, seems to be a problem related to the Viewer application. What I don't understand: is it a problem with just my two of my devices or that depend on Adobe update App or something?
I also deleted all the pages of my Macbook, never deleted two devices e downloaded return Viewer application, but still even exist connection problem.
Please help me because I can not continue to work on my DPS stuff!

Can't buy - please connect to iTunes in your currency settings to use buy features
I bought an app a few years ago and they did an update and I want to subscribe to their premium subscription, but when I try I get this message "can not buy - please connect to iTunes in your currency settings to use the purchase functions.
I logged onto my itunes account on my phone and can make other purchases. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, but in vain.
I contacted the developer of the app and they said I need to contact Apple that this message is not of them.
Any help would be appreciated.
Have you used another Apple ID for the app previously?

You are able to find the connected HP App for the iPhone yet? In my view, that the iPhone app and iPad are one and the same.
But I had been informed that the App has been abandoned there is abandoned and is no longer available in iTunes.
The products accompanying preinstalled or installed before the app was pulled, should always work. But it can now be downloaded for a new installation.
If this is still true today (and I'm sure that his return not ), that is why his does not show for you now.

It's been 1 month that I used my app world via my phone last using the Wi - Fi connection to download an application. Last week, I try to download an application through my PC, but app world does not recognize my phone when I try to download. I ve tried solutions fix my phone not recognizable around the world of the app in the PC, but nothing happened. So, ive decided to connect to wireless again. But when I try to connect to the world of the app, it says that,
"You are currently on a service plan that requires a Wi - Fi connection to use this application. If you want to use this application outside of a Wi - Fi connection, please contact your service provider to upgrade of data plan".
Can someone help me or know this problem?

Hello! Thanks for your reply. Ive has already know what is the cause of this issue but, initially, Im just using my BB Phone to connect to the world of the app and work with my solution. So here it is to connect to App world using BB Phone 1. Connect wifi 2. update your Blackberry ID and password on your phone, it is, I've just updated my Blackberry ID and password because I forgot to change my information on my phone. 2 months ago I change my ID and password to the web, so I think that the world of the application is unable to recognize my old identity. haha hope it helps others

Well, I bought a laptop Dell Inspiron 1514 yesterday and when I got it home the webcam on it worked fine when I tried it today still it will not work and it keeps saying "Please connect a webcam supported" the webcam is also integrated into the computer dell laptop.
If your webcam drivers have not been updated in the Device Manager under documentary imaging devices, you can try what I found. I just got an Inspiron 1545 and the only way I managed to do work so far is to plug in a USB device IE. USB mouse. Make sure you have the window open webcam. When you plug the device for some reason any the appliance starts to operate when the laptop detects the usb device. Took me to always online looking for an answer to this problem and I came across it by chance while trying to get the camera work.

Hello when I open my pc I get this error on dell display Manager (please connect a dell monitor supported) and freeze my pc I try reinstalling the vga driver but the problem is I have the monitor for 3 months and I've never had a problem this problem. stars all of a sudden I use mini display port to vga: asus hd 7750
I doubt that the material of the monitor is defective. Open the U2414H OSD (On Screen Display) display settings and make sure that DisplayPort 1.2 is disabled.

About a 2 months ago when I would like to connect my (the first storm) blackberry storm to my computer via the USB cable supplied with the phone, I was able to transfer music from my computer (itunes) to the blackberry via Blackberry Media Sync with no problems (open Blackberry Media Sync, connect blackberry to the computer via the USB port and screen Media Sync would change so that I could sync to the blackberry storm music). I didn't even have to install Blackberry Media Sync in December 2009
But now after I connect my Blackberry Storm to my computer, the screen of Blackberry Media Sync does not change and continues to display "please connect a Blackberry smartphone. I tried these tips I found online:
1.) several reboots my computer (windows vista)
2.) update/reinstall Blackberry Media Sync, then by restarting my computer
3.) reconnection from blackberry to the computer, then open Media Sync
4.) Open Media Sync first and then connect the blackberry to the computer.
5.) installation BlackBerry USB and Modem drivers (even if I can't find the USB driver for it under the Universal Serial Bus Controller when I check in the Device Manager when you go to control panel – system and Maintenance – Manager of devices, but I found a v2 COM4 and COM5 RIM virtual serial Port when you select "devices by connection" under display in Device Manager) or are RIM Serial Port virtual v2 COM4 and COM5 drivers I'm looking for?
6.) go to Options (on blackberry) - memory and make sure Media Card Support, Media Transfer Protocol (MTO) and Mass Storage Mode Support are resolved on 'On', the encryption Mode is set to 'None' and mass storage Mode Auto activate when connected, it the value "Prompt" although I tried to 'Yes' as well. It says I have 785 MB of memory space of the unit out of 879 MB total memory of the device and 7.1 GB of free space on a total of 7.3 GB of Media Card Media Card.
None of the above tips and troubleshooting tips worked. I also checked the Blackberry technical solution center but I've not found anything there that has contributed to the other. I found discussions forums online, including issues of people with 'blackberry media sync cannot connect to the device' pop up, but I have not had this pop-up. The Media Sync screen remains just the same as if I never connected the blackberry storm to my computer in the first place even if my blackberry storm recharges via the computer.
Is there something that I miss or have not yet done? What should I do?
Too bad. I went to a Verizon store and they me remove the battery and turn the blackberry. Worked like a charm and I can now use Media Sync.
Also told me that I need to update the software of the phone blackberry using Blackberry Desktop software (I have version 4 and need to update to 5) and make sure to choose to back up files when you are prompted during the update or you will lose all files, the media and info saved on blackberry.

Also try the help below procedure:
1 - Check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to McAfee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
2 disable the firewall to enable the firewall on or off - Windows Windows help , see your machine
3 turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet.
4 - Please check if you have adobe entries in your HOSTS file, if there are all the entries in it, which means that adobe is getting stuck on your machine.

I want to disable my copy of Photoshop CS5, so I can activate it on my new computer. However, I get the error message "Please connect to" internet when I try to turn it off. My internet connection works perfectly well; I can access various websites without problem. I tried on two different wifi networks, but also an ethernet connection and gave the same error each time. I'm running Windows 7 on a Dell laptop; all the networks of the internet was provided by Comcast. Someone else that was at issue and have a solution?
