• Tested both app and now I have CC Team access on the same apps, same Adobe ID but cannot go beyond "trial expired" on the window of creative cloud.

  I tested two apps as a personal user using my work email. This trial has now expired and subsequently, we decided to buy Prem Pro and Adobe After Effects as a company. But my admin assigned my access to the Adobe ID team I had already tested the two apps. Now when I open the window of creative cloud, I just get the "trial expired" wall and he can't work that I now have access to these applications well historically tested them.

  Downloaded and installed new version of Adobe Application Manager, which turned as if by magic in the new creative cloud window. Found the Photoshop CC entry and clicked on 'Install' after downloading has taken many minutes and then move to a 'Photoshop CC extraction' message that takes several minutes. Well, now it's say "Install Photoshop CC." After a few minutes, appears to be stuck at 70%. After a few more minutes, it is still stuck at 70%.

  Click on the 'x' button to stop the installation and waited her return button 'Install '. I pressed 'Install' again and got the message "install Photoshop CC' followed 'Extract CC Photoshop', which is still on the screen. Down where the button 'install' appeared the message "extract... "but that changed quickly"Waiting. "... ». It has identical behavior to the runtime browser. Now it is 12:12 and still 'Waiting '. ». I guess it will be like this until morning. Maybe I should kill all other processes. Did it but no help. Now it is 12:55 and still 'Waiting '. ».

  I have PS CS6 and installed LR5 (but not running) on my 16 GB for 64-bit Windows 7 machine. I'm under Webroot set anywhere.

  Could you try to delete the desktop application of creative cloud using this cleanup Adobe Creative Cloud tool and then log on to creative.adobe.com and download the creative cloud desktop application and check.

  If you still facing same issue, it is worth better try with new Admin or Admin account hidden.

  Note:

  Once you remove the OOBE folder, new OOBE folder will be created again.
