  You did it ensure that you have the visible Navigation toolbar?

  If the menu bar is hidden, then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key to make the call of menu bar.

• entering the bar address goes to the search engine for starburn software. I have never installed this program, and I can't remove it... What is Mozilla?

  I don't want the search to the right of the page bar, but the main address bar.
  If I type kas for example and press ENTER, the search of the starburn software page appears.

• How to recover the iCloud address that was used to put in place the iPhone

  Hi guys, I recently gave my old iPhone 5 (iOS 6 I believe) my sister, who accidentally broke the screen a few days after getting it. She brought to a store very questionable repair which fixed the screen but also blocked the phone. The lady who 'fixed', has said that my sister had blocked the phone until it is repaired (even though she was continuing to receive Facebook and SMS notifications), and tried to make him pay the extra money to have it released after payroll already nearly €80 to get the repaired screen.

I created an iCloud address when I first bought the phone (which was brand new) but I changed it to my hotmail for handling account because it is my main email account. I connected to this account using iCloud and removed the device to find my iPhone and then entered the hotmail address and password on iTunes to activate the iPhone, but it is still asking me the original address of iCloud activate the phone which I can't for the life of me remember.

  Do you recognize the mail electronic address/Apple ID? Are you are considering the updated merchant? What is blocked?

  If there was no Apple ID connected to iCloud & locate my phone was activated, the merchant must know the password to be able to turn it off and then put in its own. It seems possible? The phone got txt messages and message of the book is irrelevant. They are not related to iCloud.

• I use AOL for email and Firefox 9.0.1. Problem started 2 days ago. Before that I put in the two first letters of an email address and he gave me a list of possible. Now I get "undefined" for each possible instead of the email address.

  I am trying to activate (eprint) APPS for my new HP 6600 1.  You will need to enter the email address, password, etc. to use applications such as Google Docs., scanning reception, ebox.  Everything is all ready to enter on the screen of the printer, but no keyboard appears.  The implementation seems complete and correct, and I can immediately print items such as easy forms (HP), but do not need to add email, password, etc. to use.

  I use VISTA: IE9 and Firefox (latest issue) are my browsers.  Thank you.

  I'm sorry that I understand your question now.  In order to get the keyboard for all what you need to bring is your finger in the area to be filled once the slider rises the keyboard should appear automatically.

• The "Reply address" field does not work under the account properties in Windows Live Mail

  I use Windows Live Mail on Windows Vista Home Premium system to access three e-mail accounts that I administer.  I would like to change the default reply address in the accounts to use my address E-mail UKU (that is, when I send a message to any of the accounts, the beneficiaries of the default response is sent to my account UKU).

  All of my system messages via a different service provider (Virgin) and I discovered that the "Reply To" address in the header is always to my Virgin account.  I entered all my account settings and entered the UKU address that must seek answers (accounts-properties-reply address), but this setting doesn't seem to work.

• Windows 7 does not detect my printer, even if I can enter an IP address and access

  I just bought a HP Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium laptop computer for my wife a week ago. I made the easy transfer of his old laptop XP and reinstall the printer driver for our network Canon MX860 printer. It is networked via an ActionTec wireless router. The MX860 is configured for a connection cable and a cable cat 5 to the router has. Printing worked for a few days and then stopped. I uninstalled the driver and redownloaded the driver from Canon site for 64-bit Windows 7. Then, I tried several ways to get the printer working:

  1. on a wireless connection to the router, I used the Canon Installer, I get an error saying that no printer was found and I had to cancel the installation. (On the laptop, I am able to connect to other computers on the network and surf the net. I can enter the IP address of the printer (192.168.1.4) and pull upwards to a Web page showing he has an active status. I also have other laptops Windows XP that connect this way and have no problems.

  2. also wireless, I went to the printers and devices in Windows 7 and has chosen to add a printer and then chose the network option, he looked for a minute or two and then he said No printers found.

  3 and 4 - I tried 1 and 2 with the laptop connected to the router via a cat 5 cable.

  5. I tried to configure the printer via USB and works. Then I tried to change the port of the printer with a network port, and in the process GET a message that says the printer can not be detected.

  When I click the network button on the Start Menu, it then shows the printer. If I double click on the printer, it gives a message saying that the WSD driver is installed successfully, then the load the HTML of printers page, and once again, it shows the device according to availability. But I am not able to print.

  Therefore part of Windows 7 detect my printer and allows me to access it via HTTP and the other part of Windows 7 says that it can't find it.

  Is there hope for me? My wife wants to print and I feel like a jerk, because I spent the hours and have nothing to show for it. I bought the computer at Costco a few days ago and I guess that one option would be to return. I know that the printer works on a laptop with XP and Vista. I'd be better off getting another machine or even another machine with a different OS?

  It seems that your printer is connected wireless to your router (the IP address of 10.0.1.198 seems valid).

  Your best bet is to set a static IP address for the printer and the gateway at the same time.  Here's how:

  -Print a the front of the printer Network Setup Page. Note the IP address of the printer.
  -Enter the IP address in a browser to reveal the internal settings of the printer.
  -Choose the network tab, then wireless along the left side, then on the IPv4 tab.
  -On this screen, you want to set a manual IP address.  Enter the current IP address.
  -Apply the subnet 255.255.255.0 (unless you know it's different, if so, use it)
  -Let the gateway and DNS white.  This should take care of the error you get.

  -Click 'apply '.

  Now, stop the router and printer, start the router, wait, and then start printing.

  After that, you will have to redo 'Add printer' using the new IP address.

• Manually change the IP address on 8500 A909g
