Entry of the appellant

We have a server of unity 3.01 and 3.15, with most of the subscribers all goes to a different destination when the user press 0 during the Subscriber greeting. Is there a simple way to SQL or with any tools to get a picture of the place where each Subscriber is configured to route to when the caller presses the 0 key? We are removing users in an old system of Unity 3.x and their import as new users to 4.05 but need to reproduce their old settings. Is there an easier way to do this? I looked at the call handler in bulk which works with a CSV file, but y at - it an easy way to get the CSV file with the info from 0 # inside? So I watched the call handler report but which does not list users, just the CH and the destination.

HI -.

Using Subscriber information dump tool, you can create a CSV report - select aliases and stocks came calling to a minimum. It's in the unit tools deported under administrative tools. I don't have a system 3.1 more, but in my view, that it was options available. The keys for entry appear from left to right in the CSV file, starting with the 0 key on the left. If the value is said to ignore, the key has not been set.

DTMF is not connected in the documents of the COR, the only way you could get this info could be analyzing traces of calls.

    Unity 4.0 (4) SR1, 7.0 (4) flat TSP

Have a call handler when option 4 as input, the appellant and the user calls into customer and they get the welcome message, but when they hit 4 it does not first time. Replays of greeting and they hit 4 again and it works fine. 4 is set to go Manager directory. 4 is a key blocked under the entry for the appellant. This happens whenever they call and get the salvation of the unit.

The unit probably behaves correctly. To confirm that the unit made, turn on the microphone traces PhraseServertoMonitor and watch the appeal on PortStatusMonitor.

  • Entry of the appellant does not

When a caller is sent to a greeting of unity and the appellant of entry is selected as 'allow callers to enter the directory number when wishes' is selected, nothing happens. When you hit a figure during the welcome, nothing happens. Any ideas?

Test it with internal phones and see if you have the same problem. You don't mention the integration or the version of the unit, I have to assume you are asking about the unit/Callmanager. If so, take a look at this doc:

  • Connection of the Unit 8.51 - entry of the appellant

I have a request to create a box of voicemail which will be Spanish greetings and English.  We do not have the Spanish locale and don't need that this isolated case.

Can I create a voice mailbox and have the default welcome message be back number press for Spanish, and then the entrance to the appellant would lead them to an another greeting, other wise, the default welcome message will continue with instructions in English?

I have to do this with 2 voicemailboxes but would not not rather have a user manage 2 boxes.

Without having tested it, will need you 3 call of managers:

1 Manager - the beginning where the call comes in, with a welcome message ' for English press 1, Español por 2.

on this call handler under "standard home entry user message", 1 > action > English and 2 call handler > Spanish call to action handler.   (Please note that these 2 call handlers must already have been created)

English call manager, greetings: Standard ' callers hear my personal greeting (English record) after the greeting message, go to the user with mailbox "Jsmith"

Manager Spoanish of appeal, greetings: Standard ' callers hear my personal welcome (Spanish recoding), after the greeting message, go to the user with mailbox "Jsmith"

  • Newspapers of entry of the appellant

Is there a way to tell which calling button switched on after the call is connected to the system of UCCX?  We have a call center, and we transfer people for a 3rd party via pressing the number 2.  Is it possible to see if someone is pressing the buttons right through CDR?  If not to CDR, then where?

There is a possibility that you can capture events of DTMF using IOS commands.

If the calls come from outside (PSTN) via voice gateway you can configure dtmf method NOTIF SIP / RTP NTE in dial-peers.

    Check out this blog https://anetworkerblog.com/2011/02/06/dtmf-on-voip/

If NOTIFY SIP/INFO, you can capture even via the PICS Messages

If RTP NTE command you can use voip rtp debugging session named event indicates when the call is active to discover the entered digits.

Otherwise you just extract the RTMT SDL and translator allows to analyze the call and find the entered digits.

Here I havd showed an example of method of dtmf H245 Alphanumeric between CUCM and voice gateway. Call Earth to Script UCCX.

  • Wishes of the Subscriber, the appellant entry options

We have a requirment for users allow custom program inputs calling to their voice mail greetings.

Currently, our subscriber model is a copy of the default template. If the entry of the appellant is standard.

John Doe has a welcome message he registered as "you carried voice of John Doe, you can leave me a message after the tone, or press 3 for support or to reach my mobile press 4.

So for the option 3 and 4, we want to be able to have users to program their own entries calling in the unit. Is this possible via TUI interface or the Palestinian Authority?

    Thank you very much!

In the unit 4.2 (1) users can control the destination of transfer for a menu option if the admin has enabled. However users cannot custom program their intervention through the boards as it can clutter the numbering and admins tend to frown on the user. You can check the string of numbers definable by the user for 4.2 (1) on the page of videos of training here:

  • New reminder of the execution and the appellant

    Hello

I created a sequence that launches two new executions. These 2 executions can be considered 2 branches, each calling a specific sous-suite in the same file. These 2 branches are launched as 'new performance' because you can pause the other (which is not possible if these 2 branches are launched as 'son').

I don't want my 2 "branches" to run the entry points, because all the necessary information (identification, report options, etc.) are already getting main sequence (the appellant). If the sequence calls are set to launch the subsequences without any process template.

The problem is that my reminders of process model are not triggered by these 2 "branches". Only the appellant trigger.

Is it possible to force my 2 "branches" to trigger my recall process model?

    Hi Jürgen,

I found the solution. Indeed, I have a custom process template. So I continued customizing adding a new point of entry. In this entry point, I added a simple call to the subsequence that I have to run as a new execution.

In my MainSequence, my seqcalls are set to perform a new operation with the process template for the client file, the entry point is set to be the entry point newly created and configured to use the current file. This new point of entry as 1 parameter: the name of the subsequence to be executed.

This way my process template is still in use, so my new executions have access to my reminders of process model.

Thank you very much for your help!

  • Remove the entries in the playlist.

I can't get rid of unwanted entries in the playlist.  There is no x in the top right and the items won't slide.  I'm on Yosemite 10.10.5

Highlight the item in the playlist column.  Hold down the CTRL key.  Click on the item and options pop up.  Select remove the element.  Yes I know.  Why they have just under the X in the corner?

  • Application server: duplicate entries for the same machine in the screen "select a Mac".

The application Sever on one of my computers has several duplicate entries in the initial screen "choose a Mac" that appears just after the launch of the application server where you choose the particular Mac which you want to connect.

My server is in the local IP 10.0.0.5, but there are two entries for it in the list for a reason any, as you can see here:

I can choose is entered to connect without a problem. They seem to be legitimate duplicates. So I would like to remove one of them.

Does anyone know where these entries are stored in the file system, or how to remove one of them in the list?

You can manually edit the plist, or simply remove to rebuild the entire list:

    ~/Library/preferences/com. Apple.Server.v4.plist

However, it does not lock shift still only works as long as CapsLock

I tried to reboot, reset the keyboard shortcuts, deactivation of Siri, reset NVRAM and reset the SMC, but still does not.

I use only the default input source and have not installed and related programs to the keyboard or input source.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks in advance.

    Greetings slwsbl!

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

I see that you want to change the input source with the SHIFT key on macOS Sierra. I understand the importance of wanting to use a specific key when changing inputs. I'm happy to help you with this.

It is possible to do. Please take a look at the User Guide helps Mac, specifically, this section:

    Switch between input sources

To switch between input sources, do one of the following:

    • Use the menu entry: Click on the menu entry in the menu bar, and then choose the input source. If an input source is dimmed, the current application does not support it.

    • Use the Caps Lock key: Press the caps lock shift key to switch between a non-Latin input (such as the Chinese or Korean) source and an input source Latin (for example, French or English).

To use this method, you must select the option "use Caps Lock to toggle to and from" in the stream of input methods. Choose the Apple menu > System Preferences, click keyboard, and then click input methods.

    • Use keyboard shortcuts: Press control-Option-space bar to select the source of the following entry in the menu entry, or control-space to select the previous input source.

    Best regards.

  • Blocking of the appellant 'unknown '.

I get at least three calls a day from the appellants 'unknown '.  I don't touch my phone when these calls come, because I suspect there is some malware attached when the call is answered or if I responded in kind.  I just let it ring until the call is abandoned.  These calls come with no number, so there is nothing to block in the current Apple 6 implemented.

Y at - it an app that can track these until Apple developed the code that will allow users to block calls?

There is no way to attach any malware to a phone call, but it is probably marketing or crook calls.

Check with the carrier service provider. Some offer a way to block unknown callears before it happens even on your phone.

  • Actual date is moved to the current if you click on the entry in the history

So I have a weird problem. I need to retrieve the original date of my entry in navigation history because he moved to "today" and does not appear more where it was originally(3/3) after I clicked on it to verify that it was a correct URL I was looking for. He should've just added an entry for the same URL, while I have some old and new.

Why I need this is because my landlord is trying to charge me late fees for not paying on time, even if I actually did and my history shows that it (the entry I'm looking for is a payment confirmation that all of a sudden moved to "today" when I checked it) > I need to show the original date to prove that the payment was made on my side and it's their failure of the system.
