• Accounts of Gmail 2 Smartphones blackBerry on my BB. One works, the other does not work why?

  I thought it was a matter of BlackBerry initially, but now not so sure. When I add another GMail account, it works very well - so the problem seems to be something wrong with my original Gmail account. However, I compared each visible setting between the two accounts and can find no difference!

  Here's the question: when I get a message on my Gmail account on the BB, notification indicators all work fine, but when I open the icon "envelope" it does not show the Inbox. It shows a folder named 'All messages' instead, and it is empty. The continuous unread message indicator show that I have a message but nothing is there. I realized that if I select 'filter' in the menu, and then select the Inbox, it will take me in the Inbox and the message is there. All goes well until I put down and the next message arrives. Same thing every time. It's as if the default view is somehow summer past "inbox" to "All messages" and I can't find any setting to fix it.

  Looked like a BB problem at the beginning, but I've sent books service, deleted the account of the BB rebooted, added the account back, still no change. When I tried to add another Gmail account, it worked fine. Went back and added the first account, same problem.

  It's embarrassing to admit, but I am a IT consultant and I'm working on things like this all day. I've never seen a problem like this before and I'm stumped. Does anyone know of a way to make Gmail account icon on the BlackBerry default in the folder "Inbox"? Or anyone knows what might be associated with a Gmail account, which could cause such behavior on a BB

  Problem solved! Finally, I deleted the icon of the envelope of this Gmail account on my BB and it prompted - "do you really want to delete the Gmail improve plugin? I've selected Yes and allowed him to restart. The message icon is still there after, but everything works fine now. If these problems similar witjh: do not reinstall the Gmail plugin... Just delete it.

• OfficeJet Pro 8100 does not print envelopes using Word 2010/Win 7

  Hello!  Need help getting my new printer to print envelopes using a 8100 Pro OfficeJet running Word 2010 on Windows 7.

  I'm used to using the feature for envelopes within the Word merge but in doing so, it tries to print on the right side of the page, but the trayonly allows you to center the envelopes (and when I tried sliding the envelope on the side, it prints twisted and cut the address as well (as if he doesn't realize that it is an envelope and not a sheet of paper.)  Just trying to print a single envelope, not a 'real' merge and mailing.  I also tried to change the value by default when the envelope prints in this menu, but nothing works.

  I tried to move to one side only, retype the address in the area directly (instead of highlighting and have it automatically copy in the box) and has removed and reinstalled the printer driver.

  Surely, there must be an easy fix for this.

  None of this has worked.  You need some sort of disconnect between the printer and the word where it won't just simply print the envelope in the Center.

  On the good side of things, I tried and am able to print envelopes using Publisher (after their model of envelope a little tweeking).  It is not as smooth as to be able to print directly from Word, but it works.  And will be definitely better than a handwritten envelope or label slapped on it.

• Photosmart 6520 - envelope does not print

  I use Windows 7 and Microsoft Word.  Printing options are set to main tray and the envelope is correctly loaded in the center of the main tray.

  When asked to print, the result is an empty envelope.

  The same happens when I try to print the "envelope" on A4 paper in the main tray.  It seems that Word does not send print information.

  There are no other printing problems.

  Can you estimate the level of ink in its entirety for each cartridge, by looking at the gauge of printer ink?  See the Solution 5

  In Word, an envelope can be set to use a different color ink in the document.  What color is defined for envelopes?  You'll find this under Options , and then click fonts.

  Don't do the setting in Word to agree with the central location of the envelope Feed ?

  When the envelope is printed, the document must be set to print one sided and not print on both sides.

  When using Word 2013 and I go to the envelope printing feature, the printer does not print the envelope.  I had no problem before printing envelopes, but the issue has been observed only yesterday, I don't know it's because I've upgraded to Windows 10.

  You can check your settings by using this support document; Print an envelope.

  Did you that your computer has all its windows updates?  How can I tell if my computer is up to date?

  You can try fix the Office application.

  You could also join Microsoft on the Microsoft community to see if there are any suggestions.

  I am trying to print the return address on envelopes #10 and can't find the right place to put the envelope. I tried all locations to put envelopes and printer it crosses but does not print. I ran a cloth across and it. and when it prints I tried to put the envelope but the printer does not recognize an envelope. Any help will be appreciated.

  I suggest you contact the manufacturer of the printer and they shud be in a better position to tell you what should be the right place.

• My Deskjet 3520 does not print envelopes. None of the proposed solutions work.

  My DEskjet 3520 does not print envelopes.  I tried all the solutions, and none of them work.  My operating system is Windows XP Professional SP 3.  The computer is a Dell inspiron 530.   There is noe error messages.  When the envelope comes out of the printer, it is empty.  When an 8.5 x 11 piece of paper is in the printer, the address information prints on the right edge of the paper in landscape format.

  My conclusion is that there is a serious error in the software.

  If there is any workaround I would be grateful to receive them.

  I simply "duped" the copier and formatted the envelope to print in the center of an 8 1/2 X 11 inch paper landscape page.  It took a few violins, but I've got envelopes printing.

• 7610: HP 7160 does not print envelope

  I recently replaced my Brother with a HP7610 printer and all is well until I had envelopes printing Word 2007 in Windows 10. The printer raises the DL envelopes and transmits them to the output tray, but nothing prints on envelopes. I have not changed any as the settings in Word since my brother used. I am sure that I loaded the envelopes correctly and that Word is correctly configured for printing DL envelope.

  I see on the forum that others have had this problem and resolved but I don't see how they did it.

  Yes, it seems that there is corruption on your computer. We will need to completely remove and reinstall.

  First clean your computer:

  1. Cleaning disc in Windows 10. Click here.
  2. Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files. It's always a good idea to back up your data before proceeding. Click here.
  3. File system check (SFC) analysis and repair system files & DISM to fix things cannot SFC.
  4. Perform the clean boot in Windows 10 / 8 / 7. Click here.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the HP software. Click here.
  6. To properly remove the printer and drivers, follow the steps in this post of X-23.

  I printed recently successfully a long envelope with from and to addresses (using Works 8.5 with HP printer). Today, I started another envelope with different addresses, same size. I loaded it exactly the same, but for some reason the envelope is is not firing all along. He stops in the middle and the button flashes. I tried printing on a sheet of paper, and it works. How load the envelope so it will go all the way?

  Using microsoft office 2010 Word windows7 operating system.

  MX error: mismatch of paper.

  Print address on envelopes. Do not print and envelope will be deep past. If printing on a normal sheet of paper the address will print on the right quadrant. paper size selection is the envelope format #10.

  Once you have the parameters of functions as you go to printing shortcuts and click Save under... then type Env #10 or any other name you want.

  I am very frustrated! I can't get my Photosmart 6515 print black ink.

  Our school sends the documents by e-mail now that we have to print at home. Ideal for them, but not for me. They are usually in PDF format, so I do not have the ability to edit and change the blue color to print, either.

  I only use HP cartridges on this printer. I know it's more than a year, in order to call phone support will do no good.
