  I have a all-in-one desktop Touchmart 320 HP which runs under the operating system Windows 7 Premium and infected because the office is mainly used by my nieces and nephews. It cannot connect to the Internet, nor can I use other programs. There are several ads of pop-ups that keep appearing on the screen, mainly on cleaning grafts. I would like to clean the computer and perform a hard reset. However, I am not able to go in safe mode, because when I start the computer I have not access to the keyboard that usually appears on the screen (again, this is an all-in-one computer). How will I be able to restart the computer and press the keys that allow me to tom change the mode (I have not for the moment external keyboard)? I would also like to know if it is possible to install a different version of the Windows operating system (e.g. Vista 32-bit, or another version of 7 but 32-bit) and it will work, what the consequences will be.   Hi Jess,

  I'm sorry to hear about your problem with your Officejet J4680 giving you an error "on paper" when it is not paper. I understand that you have tried troubleshooting and it still won't print. I have considered this matter for you, and I found a troubleshooting guide for you to try, if you have not already.

  Also, just a tip is to ensure that the power is connected directly to a wall outlet, avoiding bars, surge protectors, etc.

  "Out of paper" Error Message and the printer is not looking upwards or the paper feed

  1 system starts until I get the password, and then the screen turns white. I can it work to the hard drive.

  Before... I would reboot the system and it works OK.  Last night, after several reboots, screen is always blank.

  My printer was working fine, I share wireless between your desktop 8.1 windows 64-bit, windows 7 64 bit desktop and a windows 8.1 64-bit laptop, the latter is rarely used although it remains connected.

  Now, for some reason, my printer cannot connect to web services, it says an error has occurred, but you may still be able to use some of our services.

  I can connect to e print without any problems and it is connected to my network and wireless, I managed to send faxes, but only from the top of the charger of my printer page and not my computer, but at least it works, I can do a sheet of coverage since the fax software.

  Is this one of printers who had a few apps taken away from him? If so, this may be the problem with the web services.

  I uninstalled my software to print several times and re installed as has a HP technician but still no luck.

  It print and scan very well although I have on my desktop windows 8.1 for the moment, I still have to

  Click the manual IP address - suggest a manual IP address.

  Select the manual DNS, then choose 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

  I had already used my scanner and it worked very well on a wireless set up.  Now, when I went to click scan again, a little box came and said, ' establish a connection with 6200.192.168.9.2 and it just hangs it and does no connection.»  I have forcibly close Microsoft fax and scan program manager tasks.   I closed my PC printer and modem wireless disconnected and reconnected since and all lit again.  My wireless phone and seems to work very well as I can get on the internet, etc., but the attempt at analysis of a new document yeilds the same results as previously with the application tries to establish a connection and just hanging there.  I used my HP scan and print doctor and everything is fine with my legacy, with the exception of the low ink level.   My drivers are up to date analysis of my HP PC.  Help, please.  What to do next?

  To confirm that the hardware of the printer is functional, you are able to make a copy with the glass of the scanner of the printer?

  try to reinstall the software again, but now, first disable all software that could prohibit the software to obtain sufficient rights on your computer. Think about firewall and downloadable. When the software is installed in the end, don't forget to activate the security software.

  Thank you for the information.  Turning on my computer this morning, I received a message asking permission to remove some malware, permission was granted.  I did have more beep sounds or flashing lights so hope it was my problem.  I have printed information and record.  In case the problem should recur, I'll do the self-test memory.
