  I have an ASUS K501N laptop.running 7 Home premium.

  Sometimes when I turn on it the office/display is not so strong, if I click on Spider I get a flag your who says run the game in software rendering mode hardware acceleration is disabled or not supported by your video card driver happens whensleep and Hibernate options are not available.

  Other times that everything works correctly.

  2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  3. when there is no sleep and hibernate options available?

  4. are you able to play other games on the computer?

  Method 1

  I suggest that you enable the acceleration of the display on the computer and check if the game works.

  (a) open settings display by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, appearance and personalization, customization, and then clicking display settings.

  (b) click on display settings, and then click Advanced settings.

  (c) click the Troubleshooting tab, and then click change settings. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

  (d) move Hardware Acceleration complete.

  Method 2

  If the previous step fails, then you will need to download and install the drivers for the graphics cards updates by visiting the card manufacturer's Web site and check if it helps.

• Installation/uninstallation of Windows software is not available or is installed incorrectly.

  10 days ago, I had a crash on my computer then download a new antivirus package last of McAfee. I deleted the files altered the antivirus.

  Since my installation/uninstallation of Windows software has stopped working with 'not available message' I use Revo uninstaller, to remove the software from the hard drive and I cannot install the software with the window Setup.

  Does anyone know how to remove a corrupt Windows install and install new software?

To try to solve this problem, I uninstalled packages network 4, 3.5 and 3 in reverse order with the intention of re - install.   I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.

  Method 1: Unregister and register the Windows Setup program again

  (a) click Start, run, type MSIEXEC /Unregister. and then click OK. Even if you do it right, it may seem that nothing is happening.

  (b) click Start, click Run, type MSIEXEC/REGSERVER, and then click OK. Even if you do it right, it may seem that nothing happens, or you can briefly see an hourglass. After you run this command, the operation is complete.

  Method 2: Run check file system (CFS) analyses and checks to see if it helps.

  File system (CFS) Checker

  Note: System File Checker allows an administrator to analyze the files all protected to check their versions. If the System File Checker detects that a protected file has been replaced, it retrieves the correct version of the file in the folder cache (% Systemroot%\System32\Dllcache) or the Windows installation source files and then replaces the incorrect file. System File Checker verifies and repopulates the cache folder also. You must be logged in as an administrator or as a member of the Administrators group to run the System File Checker. If the cache folder is damaged or unusable, you can use the sfc/scannow, sfc /scanonce or commands sfc /scanboot to repair its contents.

  Group Policy management is available only on the Professional editions, full and Windows Vista Business edition. It is not available on Home Basic and Home premium editions of Windows Vista.

  Try the following.

  Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

  When finished, press and hold the Windows key and press R

  In the run window, type devmgmt.msc and press to enter.

  In Device Manager, expand sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

  When you are finished, download and reinstall the Chipset driver at the following link.

  When the reinstallation of Chipset has completed, restart the laptop.

  When windows has reloaded, open your download folder, right click on IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  When he finished, restart the computer again and let windows to load completely for a few minutes before checking it in.

  Unfortunately, I was unable to locate your model of laptop Pavilion G7 since the number you provided. This link should help with that.

  How can I find my model number or product number?

  Were there any recent changes?

  You did all your Windows updates?

  Have you tried to run the HP Support Assistant to help with the updates from HP.

  If it worked before you tried to do a restore to a date well known?

  You can also try a Refresh Your PC to solve problems (Windows 8)

  If it is a printer problem, and it is not an HP printer, it would be preferable for you to post in the constructor for the instance of printers.

  If it's an HP printer, please provide your exact name and model.

• CS6 again, the software is not available to decode

  I use Encore CS6 to create a slideshow for a client. It has 488 photos she needs, transformed into a slideshow with the file names used as a caption on the images.
