• EPMA - cannot load the metadata through workflow

  I use planning and EPMA 11.1.2.1.
  
  I would like to load dimension flat file to planning: I created the flat file and the import profile, and when I import the file manually, there is no problem.
  
  But when I try to load it via Taskflow, I got the following error:

• EPMA Tables

  Hi all

  Is anyone know where aliases (ie. account descriptions) are stored in the tables, EPMA SQL?

  Yes, these tables, EPMA are terrible, but I think I got it later.  All this just to get Essbase descriptions in SQL for a query.  I had to use the following tables:

  DS_DIMENSION. DS_Member, ds_application, DS_Property_Relationship. DS_Property_Member_Array

• Taskflow-ADF are not displayed in the library of the ADF

  I use Jdev 11.1.6

  I have deployed my project (contains model and View Controller) such as ADF library Jar. then I created the new connection file added this pot. It does not project taskflows show. Even as a sample project, I created and deployed as ADF library jar. added this pot on connection files. It shows the workflow. why it shows no taskflows for the first project. You can help me pls.

  Check if you have followed these steps:

  • In the ADF wondering where you have the task of flow select View Controller project and go to the deployment project properties tab
  • Then create an ADF library JAR file
  • Generate the jar
  • Go to your first application, select the view controller project and go to the libraries tab
  • Select the pot that you have previously built
  • Refresh your project, you can even close your JDev.
  • From the components tab, you will find your library

• EPMA Batch Client: HFM InstanceName?

  How do you find the name of the instance for the InstanceName parameter when you write the script of commands EPMA?

  A way to find it is to go to the EPMA Library, then click on the application, you can see the name of the Cluster in the details below.

  I use the login admin passwordl. the following message in my script and make.

  I was wondering the admin password SHOULD be "password"?

  There is currently something else (Password123) and I tried to use this password in the script, and it still does not work.

  That's why I wonder if I have to go back to just 'password '.

Create disk space by deleting unnecessary files, removing objects in the filegroup, adding additional files to the filegroup, or setting autogrowth on it to the existing files in the file group.

  No idea where I need to check the space I checked my essbase server and workspace and they both seem to have enough space for a normal deployment.

  It's a question on the SQL Server database with the allocation of space, searching the Internet for something like "Create disk space by deleting unnecessary files, removing objects in the filegroup" and you should get a lot of results.

• CreateInsert does not not in ADF Taskflow

  Hello

  I'm having a weird problem with CreateInsert. I added createInsert in a single stubborn taskflow and qualifying of adfc - config.xml on button click. I see the the BTF is not called and nothing happens on click of a button.

  Purpose of test, I added the CreateInsert directly in the adfc - config.xml and the behavior is the same. Don't know if I'm missing something

  Maybe you assign something like: #{bindings. SomeAttribute} instead of #{bindings. SomeAttribute.inputValue}

• Impossible to deploy feedback and dynamic calc (property data store) to the cube of the essbase EPMA (BSO).

  We use the Hyperion 11.1.2.3.500 version. We have EPMA Essbase, Planning.

  Currently, we are facing 2 problems with application essbase (BSO) EPMA.

  1. the comments which are available in EPMA are not able to deploy to Essbase. Once we click on deploy option is giving in the success and also to give that error

  "Error affecting comment (account-12345) Member Accountxxx (3375).

  
  

  Tried to put comments in the essbase outline and not to deal with all the questions. So question is make observations of EPMA to Essbase.
  

  
  

  2. we have some account in which are dynamic calc in EPMA. After deployment, the members come to Essbase as store.

  I ran into a similar issue.  You have first accounts second period?  Then try in first period and account.  It cleared my problem.

• Override taskflow in portal integerated

  Using webcenter Portal 11.1.1.8.0

  I have a workflow of adf [empTFDef] in my 11.1.1.7.0 jdeveloper.

  I joined this workflow as a shared library in webcenter portal using extend.spaces.

  This taskflow works very well in my webcenter portal.

  My scenario:

  If I made any changes in this empTFDef, I need to redeploy with the new version of extend.spaces,

  What is the right way? Don't we have other methods to do this.

  OK for your first question. If you make any changes in your taskflow just deploy your taskflow increase in the version of the implementation. You don't need to deploy the extend.spaces. Simply restart the server after deployed taskflow, that should be enough.

  No, you don't need add code for cookie. It's for my project. Simply ignore.

• CSS and TaskFlow problem

  I have problem with styling my application files using custom css and taskflow, I find these two could not work together.

  Take a look at my file feature.xml - MAF:

  

  As you see it is a unique feature that is named "test" with two pages of amx, called "untitled1.amx" id "lymphocytotoxicite.1" and "untitled2.amx" with the id "test.2", each of them includes css file in resources/css/and there are named taskflow "ViewController-task - flow.xml ' with the id"test.3"they (amx and taskflow files) located in the feature file, as you can see on the tab Applications in JDeveloper.

  So lets talk about my problem, there are two situations buggy:

  1. When the workflow is listed first in the list of the contents of the feature. Navigation between the pages of result: working, but there is no style of css files.
  2. When the workflow is listed in any other place than the first. Result: style of css files is present, but the navigation doesn't work.

  I found workaround using Word to Word and insert the style custom, but it is slow and not acceptable.

  I have also deployed on several other machines:

  • Dell Precision T1700, Windows 7
  • Dell Precision T1700, Ubuntu 14.04 (mine)
  • MacBook Pro, Mac OS x 10.11

  And the result is the same.

  looked at the sample and indeed the problem comes from your configuration. You have defined 3 content for a unique feature of MAF. A function can only show unique content at a time. To determine the content to show you want to use constraints for the defined for content. A usecase for this is where you want to optimize the user interface, for example when rendering on a smartphone differently than when it is rendered on a tablet. The content that is on top is content that is displayed if there is no defined constraints which would decide on the others. So if you have a task flow on top then the other views are not visible. And for the workflow you do not set the CSS to use (which explains why the page doesn't display colored). When a page is displayed at the top, then navigation is controlled by the adfc-mobile - config.xml, which, in your test case is empty so that no navigation can occur.

  I want to request a HFM "deploy full" of active EPMA, how can I pass this parameter to the EPMA batch client?

  According to the responses of oracle support, this option is not available from the command line.
