Equium A60 has recently started to overheat

My Equium A60 has recently begun more heating really bad. It's at the stage where I can not install windows XP on it without him turning off during the installation of precession.

Anyone know what could cause it to fire so quickly?

Thanks in advance.

Hello

Especially the laptop overheats because the cooling module doesn t cool unique pieces in the right way.
Fans do not twist full implementation because of the dust and debris inside the laptop.
After a long time working, it s advisable to clean the cooling modules.

How?
Well, the simplest method is a use of the vacuum cleaner. But be careful

If it helps the laptop must be checked by a technician.
The technician can renew the thermal paste between the CPU and the cooling module.
Important to take heat from the CPU thermal paste.

Last but not least do not forget that there is enough free space around the laptop.
The free space is important for air circulation correctly

My iPhone (and Mac) has recently started inviting me to enter my password of e-mail occasionally, even when my password has not changed. I always receive my email if I do not reintroduce.  I sometimes take the message pop up on the home screen.  It happens about once a week lately.  I'm a little worried that so often on my iPhone.  The same thing happens to my Mac too, but less frequently.  I noticed that this happens for Gmail, email from work (Exchange) and iCloud, but not all other accounts.  Potential virus?

    Not necessarily

When the mail (especially sent) is rejected by the server - for some reason - server busy or too large attachment or even unstable connection - the first step is to ask for authentication

I would see if there is a model in terms of contacts or attachments that you can discern

  • Satellite L300D has recently started to freeze

    Hello

First time poster so hope im in the right place!

My L300D has recently started to freeze on me, he's about right start. If I move the screen slightly it will unlock and I can work on it, but is likely to freeze again with any movement of the laptop, so the constant movement of the screen to thaw it is a bit annoying that you can imagine!

I used compressed air to remove dust from the fans because it had seemed as if it was overheating, but that made no difference.

Is there something simple I am missing or is this tendency to freeze a symptom of the beginning of the end for my laptop?
If anyone has any experience of this / tips for getting on it, it would be well appreciated.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi bluekev,

I never heard of this issue, but maybe the problem is with the LCD cable... Such a cable wouldn t be expensive and you can get it from an authorized service provider. Also guys can redeem you.

You move only any computer laptop or screen?
I ask this question because it could also be a HARD drive problem, but if you move only the screen I doubt

  • Equium A60 does not start after the BIOS update

I have an Equium A60. After being caught with some very nasty malware and Trojan horse, I had the disiccion to reformat the machine and reinstall the OS.

Everything goes well until I updated the bios. Machine crashed and now I can't restart. Press the power button and the machine will start for 3-4 seconds and then stops.

I know it of because of the bios and want to know if there is anything that I can reset this back to the original settings?

Thanks in advance for your help

    Hello

Unfortunately, you can not solve a BIOS is broken down by yourself. At the machine really / judgment of accident during the update process? If Yes, then your machine has disappeared and the only chance to bring back to life is to ask an authorized service partner to help you.
Maybe they have a software to solve these problems. You should try and contact the nearest ASP in your country:

  • Equium A60 will not start

Hi, I am despartely needing help with my A60 equium that won't start. When you turn the button lights up, fan and starting, but then in a few seconds the cutting power. I tried different sources of energy, also just by using ac power and battery just all produce the same results. I had installed a memory chip a few months back and thought it might be that, but when I took it off the laptop has always been the problem.

Is there that anyone may be able to help me with this problem? Thank you

    TAF

    Hi Michael,

The first thing that happens when your, press on the power button on your laptop, it's that the CMOS chip (which contains your BIOS) through a pre-deignated POST (Power On Self Test) process that verifies the functions of the material of base components after what the BIOS will be charged which will lead in turn to the operating system itself being started.

If a failure or a problem occurs during POST and then power on the sequence stops (usually after a series of beeps are emitted that are coded to help the diagnostic process. The actual beep codes are specific to the manufacturer of the CMOS/BIOS chip.

If you receive no all audible sounds, then it is likely that the problem is very early in the POST process and may indicate a problem with your main card or your electronic internal.

You can try to remove and and reinstall devices such as RAM memory modules, hard drive, optical drive, etc to see if this corrects the situation, but if not then you will need to take the device to authorized, Service partner who has the diagnostic equipment needed to perform accurate control.

    Kind regards

  • Equium A60 - beeps at start

When under tension over an Equium A60, I get a long beep (3-4 seconds) and he then turns off; no error on the screen and no sign of activity.
I'm assuming that there is a message error and probably serious enough, but no idea what it means.

What does a single long beep mean?
Be it on the mains or battery power, or with memory removed makes no difference.

    Thank you

I guess that there is a hardware problem on your motherboard.
A long beep is displayed because the laptop can not pass the POST (power on self-test) and, therefore, the machine doesn't start.

Unfortunately, it's not easy to say what could be wrong with your laptop
In your case, each unique material part should be checked; RAM, CPU, motherboard, etc.
But I don't think that you have all the material resources useful and enough technical experience in this regard.

In my opinion you have only one option, and it is ASP.
The authorized service provider may check the laptop and can run diagnostics tests

    I wish you good luck

    Hello!

In my view, this could be a problem with the drive HARD or Windows.

First of all, I would like to check the HARD disk:
    http://www.HitachiGST.com/HDD/support/download.htm#DFT
With the Drive Fitness Test, you can test your HARD drive. Download the CD image, burn it to a CD and boot from it. You can then the HARD drive.
On the same site is a user's guide if you want to know more.

If the HARD drive has no error I would reinstall Windows with the recovery because you disk as no access in safe mode.

    Good bye

  • Equium A100 has recently become slow - files were changed

    Hello

I have a new A100 equium with windows xp edition on it (preloaded) media center. Recently, it has become slow, especially when I click on 'my computer' and my c drive, it takes forever to open the window, especially when I try and do a right click on these icons. It is so bad that the window hangs and I have to open the Task Manager to close. Someone has any idea how to resolve this issue?

Also, I get a message saying sometimes "files required for windows to run correctly have been replaced by unrecognized versions.» To maintain system stability, windows must restore the original versions of these files. Insert your now. »

CANY anyone help with this? Its scared me a bit. Where can I get these original files?

No idea why it happened oh perhaps the BONE is affected by a virus or malware
However, the operating system said that there is something wrong with the file system.

So my first thought is the reinstallation of the OS from the Toshiba restore CD.
Check it out if it will work. If it is then maybe there is something wrong with the HARD drive itself

    Hello

Could be a nuisance pilot. Update your drivers manually looking at system manufacturer and
Sites of the manufacturer of the device.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system. For
each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver, description,.
version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - Device Manager - Display Adapter - note the brand and complete model of your
video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now click on UPdate Driver (this
cannot do anything as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then do a right click - Uninstall - REBOOT
This will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party with their
own the software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now go to the site of the manufacturer of system (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (restoration) and then of the manufacturer of the device
(Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for the BIOS, Chipset and software)
updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - tab drivers version you install actually shows up. This
because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (particularly that audio drivers) so install a
pilot - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat if necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW on device at the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER - manually check by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver in the Windows updates,
This leaves ONE of Windows updates, but it will not install the drivers who are generally older and cause
questions. If updates offers a new driver and then hide it (right click on it) and then go look for new ones
    manually if you wish.

  • Firefox has recently started locking everytime I try to open some Web sites, and it starts to monopolize the resources of the computer up to use 50 to 60% of my CPU where he usually uses 5-15%.

I had problems in the past three weeks or so, where Firefox will lock when you access websites like NP.eBay.pl or Facebook, and sometimes even Google search. When you try to load these sites, sometimes the program crashes and starts using 50 to 60% of my CPU and sometimes a constantly growing amount of RAM. The only way I can fix it is to go into the Task Manager and kill the program, and then restart Firefox. Is not always a solution, either, as sometimes exactly the same problem arises immediately when I reload Firefox and I have to kill him again through TM. I usually four to six tabs open, and have never had any problems with Firefox like this before the approximate date of September 17. Could this problem have taken birth in the latest updates?

    Try this:

For me, the solution was the Network.http.Max - connections setting. Lowering this setting is default 256 to 32 of correction of the problem. If you have not tried to change this maybe give it a go by typing about: config in your address bar, and then click the Network.http.Max - connections setting and by replacing the value 32.

    Hey,.
I was working on my laptop and it froze, so I restarted, but it froze again.
When it restarts again the laptop attempted a System Check, but to try to initialize steps 3 > (newspaper?) it happened extremely slow so I restarted it.

This time, the laptop not boot but produces a blank screen showing:
    "For (x) Realtek RTL8139 810 x PCI Fast Ethernet Controller v 2.13 /8130/ (020326) PXE - E61 Media Test fails, check the cables." PXE-MOF-leave PXE ROM.

However, when I am sometimes inclined to my laptop, it starts, but slowly?
I test the University, but I don't understand what to do; I took it to our technicians, and they don't know what to do. Can anyone help please?

    Hello Joseph

I assume that the HARD drive is at the end of his life. Like written Marina trying to check if you have access to the HARD drive otherwise, I think you need to buy new HARD drive.

Please let us know if you will find what is the problem.
