  I got an iPhone 5S for about a year and a half and, for the most part, it was a great phone for me. Yesterday, it turns off randomly every few hours. It already happened, and usually stops the next day. However, it was not the case this time.   Such an external Notebook Cooler will not help you solve this problem. The internal cooling fan is designed and tested for this laptop and everything will work perfectly even on high usage. External cooling is not necessary.
