"Error 213:11" as non-administrator disappear once paid for?

After that Roxio has disappointed me for the last time, I tried some trial versions of first 11 elements and Premiere Pro 6.0.3. The two gave me similar problems when launching as administrator on Windows 7 Pro. After initially running either application with "Run as Administrator," likely to get any installation after the initial installation done (yes I meant that), the application would run exactly once as a non-administrator, present me with a pop-up with the 213:11 error code, then exit. Subsequent launches would introduce me with pop - up without actually launching.

If this is related to some Adobe copy protection system used, this problem disappears once the products are paid?

Mine is the subscription of my wife to the creative cloud since we share a PC. So, it is paid for. But I can't imagine that's the problem. It looks more like a firewall problem prevents the program from the permission that he must run.

    AutoCAD Mechanical 2007 is not completely compatible with Windows 7 and is in need of an upgrade. I suggest you to improve and check if this may help:

    Thank you for your support. I solved the problem. Find the info below.

    Question: Like I said existing VM is cloned VM. Then after we had changed the host name. I checked the database alert log file:

    Before the reboot: name of the node was the previous still node name VM that it functioned very well. (for ex: xyz.domain)

    After the reboot: name of the node is replaced by the new host name. (for ex: abc.domain)

    Once the name of the node is changed he started creating problem in starting the application services.

    One last thing, I want to mention here after hostname change, approval of new contextfile has 700, but it should be 755.

    Solution: I followed these steps.

    (1) stop all services on the LAYERS of the DB and APP

    (2) change the new contextfile permission if not 755 and the .env at the level of the source DB

    (3) cd $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/bin and run as: perl adgentns.pl appspass = apps contextfile = $CONTEXT_FILE - removeserver

    (4) change the name from old host to the new host name, so find in contextfile.

    (5) start listener, then the database

    (6) listener status, it must must give service to the db instance

    (7) perform autoconfig with new contextfile (DB Tier)

    (8) perform autoconfig (pane APP)

    (9) start all services

    If someone else gets this problem, here's how I solved it when nothing else seemed to work:

    1. go to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe

    2 erase all the contents of the SLCache folder.

    3. go to the "ProgramData" folder

    4. open Adobe folder and rename the file SLStore as SLStoreold.

    5. exit the applications (if they are open) and try to relaunch the application.

    In Windows 7, you cannot grant special privileges to ordinary accounts. This applies to all flavors of Windows 7.

    1. Installation/update software. Example: upgrade Adobe Acrobat Reader.
      AFAIR ordinary users are allowed to give the go-ahead for the Acrobat upgrades.
    2. Start/stop services. Example: MySQL is configured to be a service that is started manually. The user must be able to start and stop it at will.
      You will need to do so indirectly via a scheduled task. The task runs under the system account. It start or stop a service using a semaphore file that is created by the user verification.

  • I can't turn on ID CS5. [configuration error 213:5]

    I removed my old MBPro 15 inches and installed IDS on my MB Air El Capitan running.

    ID was found on the older machine with the same OS.

    I disabled ID on the old unit, installed on the Air (with serial number of course).

    It installed fine.

    If I try to open my Applications folder IDS, I get an error window, there is a "configuration error" error 213.5.

    I tried to restart as suggested, but makes no difference.

    Any suggestions? Looks like it should work fine.
