  When I updated all of my applications to 2015 CC, I lost the license for Photoshop and After Effects. All my other apps are not affected. I tried following the instructions here: Creative Cloud applications unexpectedly back in the test mode.   I hope someone can help me with this even, Yes, very frustrating problem. I've recently updated 2015 CC, simply because I had to because my colleagues did. My creative cloud application however does not accept and shows that older versions of the CC apps. I currently run 13.5.0.347 AE and PR 9.0.0 and according to the CC app no update is available. I run OSX Yosemite and tried to reinstall the CC application.

  Is someone can you please tell me why I can not update? I need this because the problems of rendering in AE are so frustrating (than F * $# * ^ * rendering of the space bar and not being able to cancel kills me). And the deadline does not help...

I can see my bank account that adobe charged me twice for $ 9.99. Once for June and now again for July. I do need to update creative cloud or something?

When you apply a Photoshop Illustrator art effect that you apply it is pixelated in the background and the effect is applied to the art raster version. If you expand the appearance of anything with a Photoshop top effect it will be pixelated. Other effects to retain all or part of the vector art. When you expand the effect or save a PDF file at least some of the original will vector art remain as vectors, although some effects (drop shadow, blur, feather, inner glow, etc.) to add pixelated art to the file.

  Photoshop 2015.5 CC is a major version update it will install completely separate from the current version of Photoshop CC (version 2015.1.2) and have a separate plug-ins folder.

  Then, you must reinstall all of your Plugins, check the Web site or updates to plugins manufacturer and install your plugins.

• Help, please! Photoshop and After Effects launched fail.

  Photoshop and After Effects seem to stop working after I run them. After effects starts telling me I don't have Quicktime and then begins to open a window only to remain a Virgin and tell me it has stopped working. Photoshop comes same pop opens a window.

  You have a plan of photography which includes Photoshop and Lightroom. Replacement of lightroom with AE CC is not possible with the current subscription. You can go for creative cloud all apps which includes any software or subscription only app for Photoshop and AE.

  CC and CC 2014 are separate apps, you can uninstall the version that is not necessary, CC 2014 is the latest version.

  I love my monitors that are be 1920 x 1080. For editing, etc., it does not matter. Size to see all the controls, etc. is nice. The important part is keeping the proportions. Again, first, After Effects do default. When you preview material outside these programs, especially HD, some players (things of sense as Windows Media Player, Quicktime, VLC media player, etc), won't get the proportions provided, particularly when you assign to the 'full screen '. They are likely to play your movie to the size of the screen, and it will depend on what is perhaps the "native resolution" of the screen. Look for the settings of these programs which retains the proportions.
