I r emoved the game to the trial, office 2007, office 2010 beta & my printer., I was able to reinstall the printer and two programs of the office, programs and the printer work fine,"I can't always remove with remove programs get the same error - the component you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. the installation source for this product is not available.   My update to the bottom of charges for Word, Excel, PowerPoint2007 and office 2010 Validation file all fail. I'm sure that something is corupt or missing I ran scan & repair programs and have Norton Int.Sec.2010
  I was on the phone with MS for 1 hours and 47 minutes and all we did was uninstall and reinstall office 2007 twice, with the same problem, but now I 7 updates which not settled instead of 4 now waiting for a callback.

  Just to update you, Alex called MS support today and after several attempts of different things, it turns out be something simple. Windows ran Installer update 3.0, updated ver.4.5 and installed updates. I don't know why my PC was running plu ver 3.0 or why place MS Update Center does not detect the old version and update. The problem is solved, and that's what counts.

Why is not updating error messages instead of download the update and declaring that it was installed successfully? Why this is happening, seems I can't besure if my updates are actually loaded, even if each notes "installed successfully". I don't want to have to go thro each update to check its status.

  By default, the Windows Update client records all transaction information in the following log file:

  I find that my After Effects is grayed out (not selectable - because it is not compatible with El Capitan)

  I tried to update (as well as my other apps) office within CC Updater, but I get an Error Message saying "Update failed"

  The download seems to be corrupted. Please try to download it again. (U43M1D207). I've attached a screenshot of the Message.

  No idea how to get around this problem / update my apps CS6?

  Jeff, I wanted to take a moment to tell you that the question above has been resolved. Maybe the solution will help you work with others who might face similar problems in the future.

  After a lot of help from the Adobe phone team support in New Delhi, it was determined that he had some problems of directory on my system causing problems authorization, but only with Adobe products.

  To solve the problem, I addressed the issue with my local Apple technichian and suggested a reinstall of the operating system (archive and install). We went forward with this, and now everything seems fine.

  I know from reading the forums that others have similar problems with the accession and the cloud of Adobe. Maybe my experience will benefit to them. The good news, of course, is the reinstallation of the operating system is relatively painless.

  I have a LAN House 12 computer.  Three of the compters have Vista Home Premium (32-bit) with Service Pack 3.  These updates fail: KB2604111, KB204121, KB2656405 and KB2690729.  On one, KB2596672 also fails.  Code 641 is displayed as the failure code.  I ran Fixit, and he says that the problem is resolved, but it is not.  I also have the error message that Setup are not accessible. I can't uninstall any program, or install any program.  Windows Defender updates of work. MyOther computers with Windows XP and Windows 7 are not problems with the update.

  Thunderbird was not able to update from version 24.6.0 (under Windows 7). Whenever I try to auto update, it tells me that the update fails. When I let the updater download a full version, which also fails. When I try to download a new version manually, during the extraction process, I get an error message indicating "7-Zip" up and "Access denied" in the window. I followed all the suggestions to the support download error page (as an administrator, stop the process of Thunderbird, etc.), and none of them solved the problem. Any other ideas?

  What firewall / anti-virus software you are using. My guess is that the firewall or the anti virus software blocks both the update and full installation because it contains ZIP files. I have not heard that outside the paranoid company / parameters of business in the past, but there's always a first time.
