Error box "Adobe Creative Cloud" keeps telling me "download and install".

I have installed 3 times, still does not.

CC of Photoshop and Lightroom both works very well.

But I can't go on the site of creative cloud by day or level

Help

Claychapman I'm sorry but what are you referring when you visit creative cloud?  You have problems to install the creative Cloud Desktop application?  If so you receive specific error messages?  Finally, what operating system are you using?
