  I have a couple of steps that should help you to solve the problem.

  Try these steps and check:

  a. do not connect the USB cable first.
  b. go to settings / wireless & network/usb/connection and tap the icon of the samsung Galaxy phone.
  c. it prompts you to connect the cable. It's when you plug the cable and then another icon on the screen.
  d. If it does not, try to connect to a different USB port.

  I have two identical, the Samsung Galaxy phones, it connects to the pc to transfer files either does not connect despite the many possible corrections, I've read online by train.

  The phone tries to connect but is a problem of the PSG, while it is plugged said to install the driver, then momentarily, it says ready to use and then goes back to install driver again, it done a few times and then says failed.

  I suggest you to uninstall all the drivers, that is Samsung as well as Bluetooth.

  Then, restart the computer and plug all phones Samsung three each so install the drivers and software from Samsung kies from the link below:

  Your entire development is off? You may be able to disconnect and reconnect. You can check this thread for more suggestions:

  How do I download images from my android phone on my new computer Windows 8?  In my old Vista, all I had to do was connect my phone to the USB port and she made the photos.  When I plugged in my phone, the computer makes the lovely chime but don't watch not the phone when you click on "devices".  So when I found this and do a right click on it, I don't have the option of opening. I paid more than a grand for a great HP with Vista and used for the Tech Cert class and cleaned for my son's graduation gift and he is a writer and player and he loves her and we had win7 and new free heat paste and he's still using it after 7 years. I also have older refurb that run circles around "hater peeps" with bells and whistles that they dislike. I take most of it off the coast of the new computers anywho. A very productive day and catch me on my site of the Pupsrun.com family, when it finally comes out of beta mode. :)

  Since my last update App, I experienced some problems when you import images from LR into PS

  1. where, in LR, I select 2 or more images of 'open as layers in PS', I get a Pop Up telling me that I need the latest version of Camera Raw... It is up to date according to my account.

  2. once I finished with the photos in PS and save them in LR... the final image is ebb in different areas of the strip of film...  Sometimes it is the first image... sometimes, it's the last image...  I have the set to Capture time.  It slows down my work flow in organizing my photos.   I photograph the real estate and the placement of the final images is crucial.

  All the tips are greatly appreciated.

  This bug has been recognized by Adobe.  Please add your vote me too, and the details of your problem to this bug in the Adobe official feedback forum report: Lightroom: sort by Capture time. Community customer Photoshop family . He will make more Adobe likely to give priority to a solution and inform you immediately when the bug status.

  DNG Converter 9.0 will work. You select the folder that contains the raw photos. You are trying to select individual photos.

  Then navigate to my images, make sure that all subfolders is selected and click Open or get the media.

  I suggest that you copy the video from the CD on the hard drive of the computer and then import it to create DVDs. Browse the CD and locate the video, copy it to your disk (computer) hard, and then try to import.
