• How to import images from network drive

  When you import images from local drive, the option 'Copy import' is grayed out. I don't like it, but I accept that as a software design decision. Unfortunately the check box is disabled when importing images from network share also. And that's what I don't really understand why. I have my old collection of images on the NAS server.   You mean like by selecting 'View of the icon' from 4 different display modes at the top of the Finder Windows?
