I found on other computers and put in the same folder I found on my computer. what I am doing wrong and how I can fix it? • You have problems with programs
  • Error messages
  • Recent changes to your computer
  • What you have already tried to solve the problem

I suggest you download the Installer Microsoft DirectX9. This should install it all the DLLs necessary DX9 on your computer. Sometimes just to copy a dll on to another computer would not have all of the installed package will help.

Photoshop CS or third-party plug-ins remove of Photoshop CS3/Plug-ins folder.

    1. remove all third-party plug-ins designed in the folder of Photoshop CS3/Plug-Ins for Photoshop CS and Photoshop CS.

    2. If you have set the plug-ins folder of Photoshop CS as an additional plug-ins folder in Photoshop CS3, choose the command Edition > Preferences > Plug-Ins and scratch disks and do one of the following:

-Uncheck the option of additional Plug-Ins folder.

I can't open some programs, specifically Photoshop Elements 6.0 due the QtCore4.dll error not found messages.

QTCore4.dll is part of the development environment for a number of applications, including Photoshop Elements.  It may have been deleted by a too aggressive antivirus application.

Search your hard drive for QT4Core.  If you find QT4Core.dll, copy it to C:\Windows\system32. If you can't find it on your hard drive, it may be in the elements install files, where they (CD?) like QT4Core.dl_, in which case you will need to use the Expand command in a command prompt window:

    Expand D:/path/qt4core.dl_ c:/windows/system32

where "D:/path is the letter of the CD drive and the path to the qt4core.dll_.

Or just reinstall Photoshop Elements and the file should be included in reinstall it.

    Not found WININET.dll

    Hello

    Method 1.
A few wininet.dll errors may be related to a virus or other infection of malicious software on your computer that has damaged the DLL file. It is even possible that the error in wininet.dll that you see is related to a hostile program who is posing as the file.
Sometimes the security program installed might not be fair enough. I also recommend you update your security software regularly.

Note: When you are finished troubleshooting, follow the steps as explained in the article to reset the computer to start as usual.

Reinstall the program that uses the wininet.dll file. If the wininet.dll DLL error occurs when you use a particular program, reinstall the program should replace the file.
You can also try re-installing video, network and sound card drivers.

    I hope this helps.

How to fix a DirectX fatal error code 3 DXGI ERROR not FOUND?

    for just cause 2
    Please answer me before Monday

If DirectX is up to date - you have a Direct X 10 graphics card? Just Cause 2 does not work on Direct X 9 graphics cards (perhaps the only game so far that will not use DX9) or Windows XP.

The game should have reinstalled Direct X as the game has been installed. There is a folder for Direct X in Just Cause 2
installation folder in your steam apps folder / Common. You could try to run the DXSETUP.exe from there.

You can also use Windows Live X Web install-

It is useful to always include as much detail as possible when you ask a question, including the specifications of your system (not a great long DX diag, just a list of the main components - processor,)

  • Windows xp not loading, which gives an error message not found rpcrt4.dll

When I try to restart the computer, it acts like it is trying to load windows then gives me an error message as rpcrt4.dll is not found. Could someone give me instructions step by step on how to fix this?
    Thank you so :)

    Hello

    ·        Since when are you facing this problem?

    ·        Remember to make changes to the system?

    ·        Are you able to start on the system?

(Remote procedure call Runtime) Rpcrt4.dll errors are caused by situations that lead to the removal or corruption of theDLL filerpcrt4.

    Method 1:

If you are not able to boot to the desktop then, I would say to start in safe mode, and then do a SFC scan.

Step 1: Boot in safe mode.

Follow the steps mentioned below to start in safe mode.

    a. restart the system and keep tapping F8 until you reach the start menu.

    b. Select safe mode from the list and press ENTER.

Step 2: Run a SFC scan.

Of file system (CFS) when checking that all the Windows XP system files are where they should be as they are by default and not corrupted, changed or damaged.

    a. Click Start, click principally made programs, accessories, right-click on command prompt and select run as administrator.

    b. click on continue or provide administrator credentials if prompted.

    c. in the type in the following command prompt window and press ENTER:

    sfc/scannow

    d. you should see the following message on the screen:

§ Begin the analysis of the system. This process will take time.

§ Beginning verification phase of system scan.

    e. audit % complete.

    f. once the scan is complete, a test to see if the problem you are experiencing is resolved or not.

For more information, see the article mentioned below.

    Method 2:

If the problem started recently, so, I suggest you do a system restore and see if the problem is resolved. Follow the steps mentioned in the article below.

My computer has recently displayed an error saying not found C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\SysMenu.dll. The cause is that the AVG antivirus program had removed as a perceived virus. Thinking about this perception was wrong, I wrote the file in AVG exceptions box. Then I reset the computer with RSTRUI in the command prompt, a zero before release date when the error message appeared. He fixed it. My personal bat - and exe-files have been reset also, so I had to make the changes of the past few days again. Personal records are supposed to be unchanged by reset, but which does not apply to the program files.
