Error performance of load C:/windows/system32/sshnas21.dll DLL.
I have Windows Vista and, recently, an error box / message on the main screen after signing in. It has a big red X on the left, top left he says Run DLL and in the box: error C:/windows/system32/sshnas21.dll load. He seems to have shown little Mcaffee after install, uninstall, and reinstall a part of their security. I already had the main guarantee, but it is the part of the protection of the family. They could not understand why this program will not open. So obviously, I now this message they say is due to my computer, not them. Help me! How can I fix this message?

Looking for errors like this by doing a search on Google for the name of the file. Usually, they turn up without success.
When a search in no hits or suspicious hits result, the answer is usually that the file in question is linked to the malicious software and your anti-malware application has deleted or quarantined file, but left to the Windows registry entry that tries to start the malicious software when you start your computer.

SUPERAntiSpywareDo not run the scans at the same time. They can take some time, so start an and then go for a non computer chore for awhile.
If the scans does not solve the problem (and they can't, because the actual malware file has already been processed), then download and run Autoruns. Click on the "Connection" tab and look in the column 'Image path' for the dll named in your error message. If it is not displayed in the connection tab, click the "all" tab and use the file > search tool. A characteristic of the search of Autoruns tool is that you must move the selection under the element line "found" before you "Find Next."
Once you find the line with the file in question, either "delete" or (if you want to be safer) uncheck the box. The latter prevents the line running, but you can reactivate it later by removing the check mark.

Lack of C:\windows\system32\sshnas21.dll - error message
I get this error at startup: c:\windows\system32\sshnas21.dll is missing or damaged. I don't ' think I have a virus, I had run a check using business AVG and nothing was found last week. I am running again this am. He was ParetoLogic pc health advisor. This morning my sidebar does not work. My OS is Vista. I did a search on the problem of dll, it responds to me told to delete all occurrences of sshnas21 of regedit. I opened Regedit it registered 'My computer' with 4 or 5 entries under it. I went to edit/search/trying to find a sshnas but everything came right I wasn't sure if I should delete all or what the devil at this point. My email still will not let me click on links within an email or a word document... my side bar does not, now, I have a msg of error at startup... Help would be greatly appreciated.

Error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\shimgvw.dll
Hello everyone,
Recently, I received a very troublesome machine I have don't seem to not be able to solve. He began with thumbnails of Image not appearing is not in Windows Explorer.
Since then, I have studied the issue widely and have not yet found a solution. Here is a list of the things I've tried:
- Open a jpg image with 'Windows Picture and Fax Viewer' by using a right-click in Solution Explorer, and selecting 'Open with'. Result: "error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\shimgvw.dll system cannot find the file specified."
- Check the existence of shimgvw.dll and there are of course. When I opened a back and 'cd' command line to C:\Windows\system32, enter "regsvr32 shimgvw.dll", the result is: "failed to LoadLibrary ("shimgvw.dll") - the system cannot find the file specified."
- Next test was run "sfc/scannow" as suggested in the many messages on several online forums. This command runs for a while and returns without error. Tried the above steps once again, same results.
- So I uninstalled SP3 through the Add/Remove programs in Control Panel. Has raced for a while. SP3 renewed. Has raced for a while. Still not perceived image and still the same error messages.
- Finally, I got a Windows XP SP3 slipstream CD, that I created a while back and ran a repair of the system. All is very well, and when finally the system rebooted, everything was the same old.
I know that this may be easier to simply reinstall Windows XP Home fresh from scratch at this stage, but the user don't like this idea due to the loss of all applications, settings, etc.
I would appreciate some guidance on how to solve this problem.
Thank you!
WolfgangSince I have seen so many questions related shimgvw.dll on the web, that many people had not found a solution, I will post the solution I found. Thanks to some research more, I stumbled upon the Dependency Walker tool. http://www.DependencyWalker.com/ after the installation of this application, I was able to analyse fully what shimgvw.dll should be able to load all dependencies. Curiously, one of the DLLs it requires is gdiplus.dll, who, for some reason, in \windows\system32 but not exist inside a different application path I forgot now. Whatever it is, it should be noted that there is a 'properties' function in the Dependency Walker tool. Right-click the dll with red indicator and verify the path where a dll (in my case shimgvw.dll) tries to locate another dll file. I then just used the system32 gdiplus.dll and copied into the other lane and eventually I got with regsvr32 shimgvw.dll. Explorer then looked at thumbnails showing again and images and faxes were also back in business.

Problem loading c:\windows\system32\NvMcTray.dll
When I connect my account these two pop-up windows.
C:\windows\system32\NvCpl.dll and c:\windows\system32\NvMcTray.dll loading problem
I scanned the computer with pc max speed. But when I press the fix all button program incounters an issue and stops?
The program is only a limited trial and not paid.
Hope you can help.
Thank you.
SteveI can't comment on your pc max speed problem, but you can solve your problem by reinstalling the NVIDIA drivers.
Here are my instructions standard copy/paste of the JKB1687 article for your reading pleasure:
If you are using an NVIDIA video system (whether on the motherboard or a supplement), the installation of the NVIDIA software added one or more startup items to launch the NVIDIA Control Panel. They are set to launch and run whenever your system boots.
If it worked before and you have made some system updates lately, something is messed up with it or your system has an affliction of malware.
To see what commands look like, click Start, run and enter in the box:
Msconfig
Click OK to start the System Configuration utility, and then click the Startup tab to display the startup items. You may need to drag the autour columns to see things better and like msconfig isn't a Boot Manager (this is a troubleshooting tool) you can't "make of the display is wider.
Items with check box will be launched automatically once XP restarts. With the checkbox elements are still "installed" but not set to start automatically every time you start XP.
The NVIDIA partners start lines see you in msconfig Startup tab will look something like this:
RunDLL32.exe C:\windows\system32\nvcpl.dll, NvStartup
RunDLL32.exe C:\windows\system32\nvmctray.dll, NvTaskbarInitIf the C:\windows\system32\nvmctray.dll or C:\windows\system32\nvcpl.dll files are missing somehow corrupted, inconsistent, out of date or wrong versions (maybe), when NVIDIA applications trying to launch, messages can appear like this (or even complain):
Rundll32.exe - bad Image
The application of the DLL c:\windows\system32\nvmctray.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.RUNDLL
Error loading c:\windows\system32\nvmctray.dll
%1 is not a valid Win32 applicationIf you don't think you use the NVIDIA Control Panel, you could simply disable the items is msconfig to prevent it to launch when you start your computer. If you use Control Panel NVIDIA, deactivation of the elements and will leave your system without (perhaps not a good thing) NVIDIA Control Panel.
You could just go ahead and disable the startup items in msconfig (deactivation does not uninstall anything), restart your system and understand the functioning of your system. If things get worse, you can rerun msconfig and reactivate the NVIDIA elements, but I hope that you will not want to fix things the right way.
Disabling items in msconfig is not really fix things and you will not have a NVIDIA Control Panel, but some people don't know what the NVIDIA Control Panel looks so can be good. You will have stopped the message from popping up every time you start.
If you want to use the features of NVIDIA Control Panel, you must repair or reinstall your NVIDIA software.
The best way to reinstall the NVIDIA software is to visit NVIDIA support web page and let your system and recommend the best software for your system or that you get the right version of the software on their web page and download the latest package of video driver for your system software and install it yourself.
It is recommended to run the scan NVIDIA with Internet Explorer.
Here is the link to the support page NVIDIA for the scan:
http://www.nvidia.com/download/Prescan.aspx?lang=en-us
Read the instructions, and then click the GRAPHICS DRIVERS button to start the scan.
Let online to take a look at your video system scanner them and see what he suggests for drivers and consider their analysis if they offer a new pilot.
Download and install the recommended driver and restart your system.
If following their indications do not straighten things, then follow these steps:
Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, MSE, Comodo, etc..
Click Start, run and enter in the box:Msinfo32
Click OK, and when the system information summary appears, click Edit, select all, copy and then paste the
information here. For information about video drivers, expand components, click view, click on edit, select all, copy and then paste the information.
This will minimize back Q & A and eliminate guesswork.
There will be some personal information (such as the user name and the name of the system), and everything seems to be
information private for you, just delete pasted information. When you have the time, I could do that too:
Perform scans for malware, and then fix any problems:
Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware detection programs:
Malwarebytes (MMFA): http://malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/They can be uninstalled later if you wish.
