  I had the same problem today when I tried to close the first pro cc 2015. I called support and said it was a permissions issue where my project folder. All I had to do was change the location of my project file or to change the name of the folder my project folder was in and the error messages went.

  I found a bug on this exact crash report. The developer notes indicated that the accident occurred when the first gets an unexpected result when checking to see if a file is opened. One thing that might work is to restart the system, closing all files that were basically in poor condition.

  If that is not the case, then by installing CC of the body as a trial should allow you to work around this problem.

  I found that when I zoomed in on the sequence much keys + -, as the error message "...-..." \Src\AudioRender\AudioPrefetch.cpp-99' discarded jump on me. It was the last 3 steps to the zoom in or out who grew the error message on screen - a lot of times. Only, in a sequence are happening in a particular project. I tried the suggestions for similar error messages that I found on this forum, but I finally realized I had a file WMV (PowerPoint exported to a WMV file) in this project, which also had * audio * with it. (Other sequences have the WMV files, but without audio.)

  
  Go to the troublesome sequence and removing the soundtrack of the WMV solved the problem file. Then I deleted the WMV file and put it back again. No error message. I then dropped the sound level to zero using the yellow line, and the problem came back.

  
  There is another thing, the PowerPoint WMV is 30 FPS and I am in PAL land, so I interpreted the rate of 25 frames per second. (So that PowerPoint and movements etc. transitions are smoother). I re-imported the file origin WMV 30 images/s and put it in the sequence as 30 fps. lowered the audio level zero and magnified in the sequence. No error message.

  
  So, it looks like a combination of WMV file, interpret the images and by lowering the audio level to zero that caused this problem.
  I have to this post somewhere so that Adobe allows you to see this bug? (OK it is a rather unlikely combination of events).

  I have created a new timeline, matching sequence settings, copied the regions whose problematic frame/section and it worked fine.

  I'm doing my DVD menu, but when I try to preview, it gives me the error message: "internal software error: Vobulator/BlockPlanner/BlockPlanner.cpp, line 217".

  I can't build my DVD either because of this.

  This happens only when I add an image to a submenu page.  My main menu has a picture about this and he isn't wasting, but when I have another menu page which is linked to the home page and add the image about it, it gives me this error code.

  Looking at this post (Re: internal software error:.\Vobulator\BlockPlanner\BlockPlanner.cpp, line 217 ) in the thread you point, here's what I think is happening in your situation. Note that there are other issues that take this same error, particularly in slide shows.

  When you use a fixed image for a menu background, it goes in the background layer in the psd.

  When there is a video (bottom of movement), still replace the background with video layer.

  The query tab has a place for video and audio. If you put an image (jpg, for example) in the option video, apparently, when still calls, it throws this error.

  Your workaround solution, create a video out of the still image, will work, but all you have to do is change the menu in photoshop and add the image instead of the bottom layer.

  Wheeee. That's good news. Yes, open a new NTSC > DV project and import the AVI file. It has to import without a red line on the Timeline. If there is a red line on the timeline, it means that your preset is wrong, or that the conversion to DV somehow missed.

  DV is format of native PRE8 Setup for Standard definition projects, so you should be able to change with ease. If the crash continues then there must be another mistake not associated with images.

  Im getting the same Visual C ++ Runtime "Assertion failed" but its saying my file is mjutil.cpp, there seems to be a problem with flash player. I installed the new version and still no luck. I don't have real player or quicktime installed on my machine.

  I ran sfc and it did not help.
  I installed 4.5 framework and reinstalled other redistributes like C++ 2008 and 2010, nothing helps.

  Everything I do replace video clips in the sequence of mounting with clips of same due to clips showing offline project in order, but not in the project area. I tried to recreate a link to clips, but always the same hash grey/blue lines in the sequence.  Recently upgraded to CS6 CC to find myself in this situation.

  Recently reinstalled the operating system Windows 7 on a new SSD which is also where I install CC.

  Yes, it's a Canon XF100.

  Update on the results of these problems previously listed, is that I had to go back to CS6, export the project in a new location using the parameters of the project.  Once I did, then I imported this project file into a new CC prepro project.

  What I noticed was none of the subelements that I always had in the CS6 project folder and had not yet put in a sequence was a transfer.   So I went back in CS6, added the sub-elements to the sequence and then only imported these delays.

  I've been with RealArcade since 2003.  I bought Vista Ultimate quite some time ago.  I could always interact with the games and the site until my hard drive has failed... backup was useless on a BYTECC hard drive.  So, I got a Tech on Monona drive in replace the hard drive of the Madison, WI and reinstall the system with the old HD used a slave.  Tech put programs on the new hard drive under the letter I.  Drive C has been eliminated.  I can't change the drive letters because the system says it is not possible.  Cannot get RealArcade to function.  I read in several places in exchanges of technology in the drive C MUST exist.  So I have a lot of games, I can't download and use from RArcade.  What in the world is tLuaCom?  I can cancel this situation.  I wish I had a few TECHNOLOGY come share my Office Online and solve the problem.  And I don't want to go to India for a TECH.  I'm about to throw this computer out the 2nd story window and get one that runs programs on the right.  Vista Ultimate is a feature rich disaster.  I can't control my computer with interference from Microsoft!  Please tell me how I could correct this problem (s)!

  Well first of all, the problem is not Vista.  You have moved your games for the I: drive letter, but RealArcade expects that they are on the C: drive.  You can try to manually move the games from the folder they are in on the i drive: to duplicate on the c: folder.  This could enable RealArcade play these games.  I would say RealArcade to talk to someone about this, because they may have a work around you, or can tell you how to redownload the games or remap your disks.
