  In case you do not want to buy the upgrade to Lightroom 6, you can download and install the DNG Converter 9.0 or higher.

  Using the DNG Converter, you need convert the. The ORF DNG format files and then import them into Lightroom 5.7

  When I used PSE 8, I could easily open all the .nef files and edit them.

• Why does bridge CC not read my Olympus RAW (ORF) files more?

  I organize my RAW files from cameras Olympus MDGS (E - M10 mark II and E - M1) with bridge CC (current version 6.1.1.10). Everything was fine until recently. Apparently all of a sudden (not sure if an update had occurred in the meantime) the software always recognizes the RAW files but does not display the EXIF data and I can't look at the pictures, they are just white square. Since it is the same for files still sitting on the SD card, the problem is not to import or copy of the files on the hard drive. In addition, EXIF data and photos are very well in oly-Viewer, so the problem is clearly related to the bridge CC.

  Any form of assistance the community would be very appreciated. I can't live without my beloved bridge. :-)

• Z3 HDCP error with Microsoft display adapter (Miracast)

  I have a brand new Z3 with the original image and it does not work with the wireless display adapter Microsoft (miracast). The Z3 detects the device and tries to connect for a few seconds. After that, it gives the following error, "could not turn on the screen of mirroring. The output device is not ready or does not support HDCP ".

  I know that the adapter does not work properly because I've tried it on laptops, a HTC (M7), Samsung S5 and a OnePlus.

  The adapter supports HDCP.

  Does anyone have the same problem and no workaround?

  Our developers have done further investigation of this and found that the problem is that Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter is not completely compatible with the HDCP 2.2 specification.

  However, our engineers brought a work around for this problem so that it will still work. This work around will be conducted with the update for Android 5 for Z2 and Z3.

  Well, I just hope that someone who has met these two mistakes will find my dose. It might save a lot of pointless research on the net.

  SYMPTOMS:
  -When you try to open a Silverlight application in your browser (Firefox, Chrome, IE, etc), your browser displays only a white area. When you right click on the white area, you can click on the Silverlight properties.
  -If you try to start "Computer management" by clicking on the 'My Computer' icon and select 'Manage', you get the following error: 'access denied '.

  CAUSE:
  The following errors are usually the result of a bad environment variable. In this case the "windir" environment variable does not work correctly. You can try running the management of the computer to start > run and entering:
  %windir%\system32\mmc.exe/s %windir%\system32\compmgmt.msc

  Notice the between the characters of percentage windir environment variable. If you run the above code, you will probably get an error saying that MMC cannot open the file. Look closely at the path, it's back!

  I met the same problem on Mac OS. Contacted the Support from Adobe and they recommended preferences Adobe trash.

  I deleted the following folder ~/library/Application Support/Adobe, ' / Documents/Adobe, but I think that you can achieve the same thing by pressing

  • For the Mac, press Shift-Option
  • For the PC, press Shift + Alt

  For me, it works beautifully.

• questions - dvd has error message 'media Meanwhile' displayed

  with suite cs5.5.  I created the dvd in cs5.1 yet.  The dvd has been created and when he looks, there are 8 seconds where the error message 'media Meanwhile' are perceived.  The dvd continues to play as if nothing had happened.  The audio played very well, even during the display of error messages.  So I check the chronology of the creation, the 'media pending' error does not appear.   The scene is superb in the first. But now that it is transcoded in encore, it appears not in yet, but again, this is after it is transcoded.  So what happened?  The video is 2 hours long.   The 'Media pending' message certainly looks like it's the chronology of the first, so there is no "error" with the current DVD or creation - still can only burn the content planned for it. Can be exported in again until all the clips in the first were made for example of loading. As Kevin says, export of first place. Use the file > export > Media and choose "MPEG-2 DVD' as FORMAT and choose a preset such as"NTSC DV Widescreen"or what is best for the video (we do not know your type of video source).

  This will create .wav and .m2v video, audio and all clips simply import the two 'chronology as"again, and author. Audio allows you to convert to Dolby AC-3, the video should not transcode. • After effects WARNING: error with directory?

  Okay so recently I had issues with text layers don't display correctly, and I posted here and found that the solution was to recreate my preferences file. However, since then I get an error when AE starts that says "after effects WARNING: error with directory:

  C:\Documents and Settings\Brandon\Application Data\Adobe\After Effects\8.0\MediaIO". Is there a way to fix this without going back to the old preferences file that gave me the original problem?

  

  And what happens if you simply delete the error? The directory itself is not so important, because it takes just presets and caches for Adobe Media Encoder based formats (MPEG-2, WMF, etc.). AE must re - create, if necessary. Before that, check the permissions on the folder as a starting point...

• kernel_task runaway (from 300 to 600%) CPU with 2 external displays

  I have a MacBook Pro (retina, mid-2012), and for a year and a half, I've had episodes fighter during the kernel_task suddenly begin to consume all processor CPU (from 300 to 600%), is the response of the system so slow it is impossible to use.  I experience these episodes throughout the front 1-2 years that the machine went from Yosemite El Capitan and now Sierra.

  Normally, I use my MacBook with two external displays, both at work and at home.  At work, I have two external screens of Lenovo, and at home, I have two screens Apple (Apple Cinema Display 27-inch and 27-inch Apple Thunderbolt Display). I discovered that this kernel_task high CPU usage can only be stopped by disconnecting one of the external screens.  After unplugging an external display, the kernel_task subsides immediately to normal (< 5%).  After a few minutes, I can reconnect the 2nd external screen and proceed normally (sometimes for days, sometimes for hours, sometimes for a few minutes) until the kernel_task pulls up to 300-600% again.  The use of the high CPU kernel_task never happens unless I have two external displays connected.

  Note that since I upgraded to MacOS Sierra fugue kernel_task CPU frequency has increased considerably: of 1 kernel_task runaway every several days to a runaway almost every 10 minutes or so.   I don't have a reason this frequency has increased, but the runaway condition seems to have worsened by the fact that the photoanalysisd daemon is running like crazy on my grand (72 000) library of Photos.

  Also note that I started in recovery mode and have re-installed MacOS Sierra, and it has no effect on the runaway kernel_task.

  Any ideas on how to fix this resumption of kernel_task of all my CPU?
